Hotele Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts w Shenzhen

I recently stayed at the Crown Plaza Futian Hotel in Shenzhen and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. Here's a breakdown of my thoughts based on several key points: Maintenance Excellence: The hotel is exceptionally well-maintained. Despite the use of carpeting, the cleanliness was impeccable with no lingering odors. This attention to cleanliness greatly enhanced my overall comfort during my stay. Superb Gym Facilities: The gym room at Crown Plaza Futian Hotel is top-notch. The facilities are modern and well-equipped, making it a pleasure to maintain my fitness routine while traveling. Whether you're looking to lift weights, do cardio, or engage in other exercises, the gym has everything you need for a satisfying workout experience. Convenient Location: One of the highlights of the hotel's location is its proximity to a shopping mall, which is within walking distance. While I didn't have the opportunity to explore the mall extensively during my brief one-night stay, its presence adds convenience and offers additional options for dining, shopping, and entertainment for guests who have more time to spare. Overall, my stay at Crown Plaza Futian Hotel was fantastic. From the immaculate cleanliness to the excellent gym facilities and convenient location, it's clear that the hotel is committed to providing guests with a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Shenzhen.

Great location with lots to do within walking distance. There is a great little craft brewery right across the street (Richcraft) and a bbq place with a nice patio just down the road. If you don't have too much luggage, you can even walk from Luohu port exit. It is a busy area and you will hear some horns, but some white noise will drown that out. The pictures of the room are for a jacuzzi room as the hotel was kind enough to upgrade me. The rooms are a bit old but the furniture is in great shape so it is a very comfortable stay. A little disappointing that the television is not viewable from the bed though. Breakfast is good and there are western and chinese options. Sadly I never got the chance to try the pool. The only issue I had was during check in. The initial room had an issue with the hot water for the overhead shower which I discovered when taking a shower. I was switched to a new room but it smelled of cigarette smoke. I was then given a third room but it needed to be cleaned. I went out to run an errand and when I came back, the person who I had initially spoken with had gone out for dinner and no instructions were left about the room. I was given a fourth room but when I went to inspect it, it was a different style. When I went back to the lobby, there must have been communication about the third room as it was then arranged for me and everything was fine. The stay was then very comfortable but it was initially quite frustrating that I had to repack my luggage and go through four rooms. The final note is the room came with a 100 yuan voucher for the restaurant but it was difficult to understand how to use it. I ended up not using it. There was a cafe/bar on the main floor. It would have been more convenient if the voucher could be used there.

The hotel staff were wonderful. They were incredibly accommodating and super friendly. Breakfast Buffet: was extensive. With both Asian and Western dishes (fruits, yoghurts, oatmeal, many types of pastries, salad, pancakes, hash browns, sausages, bacon, eggs and the list goes on and on). Dinner Buffet: was also extensive including Western and Asian dishes. My daughter's favourites were the lamb chops and the array of desserts on offer. They also had Japanese dishes like sashimi and sushi. The room was clean and everything looked new and in excellent condition. The staff were always there to help if I looked like I needed it. The indoor pool area had good changing rooms and showers,. In the same area they had a well equipped gym and massage rooms. It is right across the road from the culture center. We really enjoyed our stay here. We would definately go back again.

The hotel generally can still room in the 46th floor below, this check-in arrangement to the east, the room scenery can also see the Futian District, opposite is the ZTE and united think company building. The hotel breakfast is good, the staff is abundant and Lynn service is very good, and the swimming pool and gym of the hotel are quite large. The scenery outside is the opposite of the room, so it is also fresh. I will come again next time

The convention and exhibition center is usually crowded with people. It is extremely quiet during the May Day holiday. The Crowne Plaza Hotel is only 500 per night including two breakfasts. The price/performance ratio is extremely high～ The decoration of the hotel is very nice. The rooms are new and clean. The bed is very comfortable. It looks like a star hotel. The most important thing is that there are indoor and outdoor swimming pools and a spa pool. The doll basically spends two days in the swimming pool and refuses to go out. It is true A good choice for off-peak travel~ There are no commercial facilities around, but there is a lot of food near the exhibition center not far away by car. There is a delicious beef hot pot restaurant. The lady at the front desk is very kind. We arranged to check in immediately when we arrived in the morning. We also upgraded the room. Two twin rooms with 1.1-meter beds were replaced with two 1.35-bed rooms, and we also gave a drink coupon in the lobby bar.
