Hotele tematyczne Family-friendly w Shenzhen

Big n clean room. Staff were nice and friendly. Metro connected to mall and hotel. Malls full of restaurant variety. Very convenient. Pool was nice n big. breakfast variety was vast. Will definitely come back again with my family and friends.

Location: not in town but close to the border (from HongKong). Food: really really good ~ for Breakfast room and dinner room at Spice restuarant Guest Room: Old style, look not much clean but can accept Hotel Facilities: Clean, but smell smoking everywhere Stuff: very nice and good manner, but most cannot speak English ***The hotel its connected with the big apartment building, lots ot people*** Have 1 mini-mart on the G floor.

Thank you Michael who checked us in, the first room we were in had a strong cigarette smell and we had to change to another room. He was helpful but in room dinning to set the welcome fruit to the new room when I told him we were moving to another room and please set up the new room. We went to the pool, we were told guests must bring their own swim board which I was quite surprised with,as I truly believe they do but just do not want to be led out... Which eventually I found out that really was the case. The location of the hotel was convenient and we had a late check out till 2 pm which we were delighted with, and I also liked their flower arrangement and lobby scent which was very welcoming.

Great location with lots to do within walking distance. There is a great little craft brewery right across the street (Richcraft) and a bbq place with a nice patio just down the road. If you don't have too much luggage, you can even walk from Luohu port exit. It is a busy area and you will hear some horns, but some white noise will drown that out. The pictures of the room are for a jacuzzi room as the hotel was kind enough to upgrade me. The rooms are a bit old but the furniture is in great shape so it is a very comfortable stay. A little disappointing that the television is not viewable from the bed though. Breakfast is good and there are western and chinese options. Sadly I never got the chance to try the pool. The only issue I had was during check in. The initial room had an issue with the hot water for the overhead shower which I discovered when taking a shower. I was switched to a new room but it smelled of cigarette smoke. I was then given a third room but it needed to be cleaned. I went out to run an errand and when I came back, the person who I had initially spoken with had gone out for dinner and no instructions were left about the room. I was given a fourth room but when I went to inspect it, it was a different style. When I went back to the lobby, there must have been communication about the third room as it was then arranged for me and everything was fine. The stay was then very comfortable but it was initially quite frustrating that I had to repack my luggage and go through four rooms. The final note is the room came with a 100 yuan voucher for the restaurant but it was difficult to understand how to use it. I ended up not using it. There was a cafe/bar on the main floor. It would have been more convenient if the voucher could be used there.

Bill at the reception is very helpful, answering to my questions of non-hotel related issues. Being that, it makes me feel more welcome than ever. Will book this hotel again for it’s proximity to trains, subway and good food.

With the Mtr to Daimuisha in services, it takes only 50 mins from LoWu border to reach the hotel. The hotel is just 3 mins walk from exit B. It is very near to the beach. The hotel reception staff are very nice. We arrived earlier than check in time. They upgraded us to a 2-room suite. The balcony of the room has a very nice view. The shower is strong and warm. They even provide bath salt. There is a shuttle, talking you to the private beach of a nearby hotel of their chain. Very nice view of sunset. I took pictures of sunrise at the balcony too. My favourite hotel in Shenzhen. You cannot fault the accommodation or service. We are always treated like royalty and you feel very special. The rooms are fantastic and very comfortable. The breakfast is wonderful with a huge choice. My only criticism of this stay would be that the executive lounge food options did not seem as good as before. Maybe we got unlucky.

Our first choice’Regular Room’ was very cold with a small heater inside of it. We tried to get the second one but the duty officer was playing dumb and showing us the second layer of blankets 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️😂😂😂 haha! Then, the lady manager came and very kindly offered us an alternate room in wooden house with a big heater inside. She was very nice and offered a hot coffee to warm up. The stay for kids was amazing. So many attractions are in the park beside. This compensates the old design and furniture of the hotel.

QVilla Hajana on Nan’so beach is one of my favorite spots in the city. The hotel staff are friendly and service-oriented and the rooms are simple but clean. There is a very good Western-style restaurant with beautiful sea views, as well as a more affordable BBQ spot in the main plaza. The beach is top notch - clean, relaxing, and uncrowded. A true gem if you’re looking for a short getaway from the city!

I had an incredible stay at the Grand Hyatt Shenzhen for my business trip. The executive suites exceeded my expectations, and I was amazed by the exceptional hospitality provided by Jeffrey, the manager, and his team. We had three rooms booked for our group, and we're eagerly anticipating our next visit. It's challenging to find a hotel that fulfills all of our expectations, but the Grand Hyatt Shenzhen certainly did.
