Incredible jaw dropping outdoor heated pool and unheated children’s water playground. A private fake beach connected to a 1.4m depth pool. Perfect for my 1 and 5 yo. Not many staff speak English so unfortunately difficult to get any decent service - even from concierge for a simple restaurant recommendation was painful. Watch out for mould in the pool. Needs closer cleaning. The room is so old and tired but they try their hardest to keep it clean. Unfortunately the ventilation in the toilet was terrible and the room smelt like sewage. Loud clubbing music was playing outside the window facing the pool until at least 9pm - I fell asleep to the sound of the beat. There’s no sound insulation so not great for light sleepers - heard 5-6 other guests walking back to their rooms at night.

Beautiful room with a balcony and great view of city and bay. Very clean. Lovely freestanding bathtub. Amenities good, but wish they had a nespresso or similar machine. or at least milk for in room coffee. Bed also a bit hard for my liking. Was disappointed that no food available for room service after 11pm. However, they readily brought us ice bucket & champagne flutes. Front desk very helpful and hotel very nicely decorated for holidays. Overalll a super comfortable experience. Was there for a on-site event. Very convenient and great location in Shenzhen.

Very well locates just in front of Windows of the World and in the vicinity of Happy Valley, the hotel deserves its good reputation. Nice amenities, very good pool, nice staff, delicious breakfast. We booked for one night only, after some not good experiences in other hotels during our trip, but we just decided to extend the stay for a third night in a row. Do we need to add more? ;)

The lady at the front desk also upgraded me to a room to watch the Happy Coast Theater. Because I stayed here 8 years ago, I have a bit of a memory complex, so I stayed here again!

As soon as I arrived at the lobby, the staff enthusiastically helped to pick up my luggage. The person who received me was Cora at the front desk. The service was excellent and attentive. Because it was a party, there were a lot of things that needed help to be delivered to the room, and they were delivered in a timely manner every time! ! The hotel is located on the east side of Happy Coast. You can see Shenzhen Bay and Nanshan City from the balcony of the hotel room. There are dedicated underground parking spaces for parking. The room is large and the layout is very reasonable. The functional area partitions can be opened, making it very bright during the day. , closed at night and very private. Because it is next to Happy Coast, not far from Splendid China, Window of the World and Happy Valley, a taxi only costs a dozen yuan. Breakfast is pretty good, mainly Chinese style breakfast, slightly worse Western style.

Hotel is pretty good, located near the subway, easy get to the airport or some city sightseeings by it. The service is nice, people at the reception are nice and friendly. I was satisfied with the facilities. There is hair dryer, iron, iron board in the room, the window is pretty big. As for food, I can say nothing as I ate outside but near by there are not many places to eat. I recommend this hotel for stay.

I really liked this hotel. The staff were so friendly. A little shy to use their English but tried hard to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. It is an older hotel, but clean and very comfortable. Lots of good places to eat within short walking distance. Some really nice places to walk at the backside of the hotel. It is really quite quiet as well, which is not always the case in China. The price was very reasonable. I need to come back to this area quite often. I'll be staying at this hotel.

The apartment was very big we especially loved the big bath. Everything is close or a 10min drive. Yet the location is like paradise. So quiet and relaxing, birds singing every where right next to a beautiful river. When you stay here it feels like your on an island. The breakfast is amazing, chinese and western food. There are so many restaurants right outside on your door step.

The best location of this Qiuguo Hotel is adjacent to Exit C of Baishizhou Subway Station. There are also different restaurants across the street for customers to choose from. It only takes one stop to reach Vientiane World. However, I seriously doubt that this Qiuguo Hotel is under the name of Qiuguo, but in reality it is run by another hotel. First, two days after I checked in, Trip.com showed that I had not checked into the hotel and asked me to confirm via email, otherwise the pre-granted deposit would be deducted. However, I checked with Trip.com staff and Trip.com did not send me an email. In addition, the room card I got said it was Hangtai Hotel. Also, there was originally a dedicated Qiuguo Hotel there, but there was no one inside and it was not open for business. It was also very messy and did not seem to be in business. The front desk was in another lobby and shared the front store with Hangtai Hotel. The room phone also showed that it was the phone number of Hangtai Hotel, and there was no signal. The floor of the room also does not seem to be cleaned regularly and there is a lot of dust and hair balls. The hotel lobby and elevators are very shabby. Finally, I discovered through the notice that the Qiuguo Hotel had been in arrears with property fees for many months.

This is a very nice and confortable hotel. My wife and kid love the place so much especially the toys and the bed decorations. The breakfast are simple but not quite bad. However it seems not enough seats in the breakfast area (we arrived around 830m) and suggest to go ealier to avoid fighting to get table or chairs.
