The room is exactly as advertised in the pictures, however the slide and ball pit do not exist! Perhaps under construction as the staff said? The actual child play area looks like in the photo and is not clean.
The rest of the stay was good though, but it was certainly disappointing for my daughter!

The stay was pleasant, service is good, breakfast different variety, compare to other Hilton hotels is much better. Room was clean and well designed, comfortable big bad.

The hotel is great. It is conveniently located, about a 2-minute walk from the beautiful metro station (Gangxia North). The breakfast is good, there is a cheese plate and so on.

Comfortable bed and spacious room! I go with the lounge access. Suggest to get there early for afternoon tea or happy hour. Food and drink are good but there may not be refilled after the first round. Gym room is good. Everyone is friendly.

The location of the hotel is great, near Futian CBD area. And, my family stayed at 1619 room that is spacious and good quality of cleanliness. In addition, specially thank you for Amy, Jessica, Annie and Anna in executive lounge, they made us feel like comfortable at home!
