The location is perfect for a resort type of leisure stay. The service was also great. They are very responsive to our requests and even do an extra mile to make our stay happy. I bought an easy-to-open coconut from supermarket but the opener broke. I asked if the kitchen could help. Not to make us disappointed, they send us a free coconut. We were very impressed by their service.

I supposed to get my room at 1pm however when I got there at 3pm. The room was not ready and I walked into a horrible dirty room which I wasted 2 hours walking around.

Great location, great hotel. Near Walmart and shopping center. Loved the swimming pool. Only thing missing was a laundry machine or laundry room.

Good location for traveling to window of the world, happy valley and splendid folk but around the hotel didn’t have restaurants nearby only restaurants inside the hotel. Very good for family with kids. The pool is the best, the beach is clean, the water fun park for kids is the best.

The hotel located close to MTR station which is very convenient. Great food in breakfast but it’s super crowded. We waited for 15 mins to get a table. And the waiter mistakenly clear our table whilst we went out to get food. Nice Swimming pool and beach, kids enjoyed a lot. Only bad thing is the beds are not comfortable, too small and too soft. Backache after sleeping .
