While the Grand Hyatt has potential with its spacious rooms and excellent location above the shopping mall, the cleanliness issues and maintenance concerns significantly impacted my experience. The lack of proper housekeeping and the air conditioning problems are serious drawbacks.

Good location, near malls and train station. Friendly staff (Joy is very helpful). Relaxing by the swimming pool, hot bath in the spa area… highlights of the trip. Many food choices!!! Festive during Christmas season!

The hotel is connected to a big mall where offered a wide range of lovely restaurants and shops. I couldn't be more satisfied with the location! Will return again if I want to stay in SZ again!

Choosing Hyatt again and never feel disappointed! The room is very spacious and all the staff was wonderful with very friendly kind attitude! The only cons is the soundproof a bit bad, can hear the street sound

One of the best staying in SZ. The hotel room is spacious and clean , with kids necessities available . The breakfast is with wide varieties of cuisine and delicious. The service is superb as well. My daughter left her doll at the hotel and they are willing to help us courier back home.
