I don't have enough words of appreciation to the staff. We had a terrible experience with the taxi driver that brought us from the airport. He was aggressive to us, yelled at us, punched the car and threw his phone just because alipay was not working due to the lack of phone/internet signal. Even, he closed us in the taxi and wasn't allowing us to leave. Finally, when my husband could, he ran for help at the reception to ask for help. The lady at the front desk was super quick and sorted out everything so fast. Also they got us a free taxi the following day. They were super helpful and caring. The hotel was really nice and clean, full of amenities. The price is super good. Really close to the airport and has convenience stores and restaurants right next to. So, I highly recommend this hotel, in particular the Japanese style room.

WiFi is only available for Chinese. The door lock of the first room was broken, so we changed the room. The bathroom is so visible that it is strange.

It’s abit weird the room is located at the middle of the staircase lol. But overall it’s good, stayed a night as nearby the airport. All good

I recommend this hotel if you have an early flight to catch. They also provide a free pickup and drop off service which was good.

We booked Kai Nuoya hotels twice. I checked the price on Trip.com and found this hotel has the cheapest price. The room is clean, near the airport, receptionist numbers 5 was so helpful and enthusiastic. The hotel will take your to the Airport for free. I highly recommend this hotel.
