Service was really good, upgraded to window room, staff was really helpful, but bathroom hasn’t been cleaned thoroughly

From the moment I checked in, I was impressed by the friendly and helpful staff. The hotel's location was excellent, with easy access to the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center and a variety of dining and shopping options nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, with modern amenities and a nice view. The air conditioning was a bit noisy, but overall, the room was well-maintained and met my expectations. The hotel's service was also top-notch, with the front desk staff being particularly helpful in providing travel guidance and recommendations. One of the standout features of the hotel was its cleanliness. The room was spotless, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. Upgraded room to my booking this time. Rooms are modern & nice. More restaurants, supermarkets & convenient shop at there. Hope to stay here in future.
