The hotel is in a fantastic location in Futian. It's located next to the subway making it easy to get all around Shenzhen. The aesthetics are very modern and my room had the most beautiful view. The hotel staff were so kind and caring, although I can't speak Chinese they tried their best to communicate with me in a friendly and professional manner. My room was very clean with a TV that could provide English movies and connect to my phone if I would like to stream shows from my personal accounts. Overall, a great hotel in the heart of the city ♥️

This is the first time I came to this hotel, the location is near Shixia. The opposite is Hong Kong. Before this hotel opened, I lived in the Atour Hotel next door. It is very convenient because it is close to Hong Kong. I'm quite satisfied with the location. I usually come here to rest for a night and then leave. Depart for Hong Kong from Futian Port in the morning. In terms of facilities, there is not much experience. Check-in is also pretty quick. Hotel and room are clean. The orientation of the windows in the room is very good, and the view is good. The lounge was not being used by anyone else that day. The facilities are relatively complete and of a very high standard. Here I would like to give a special thumbs up to KAKA WON, the manager of the executive lounge, and she is very hospitable. I have seen a lot of Internet celebrity faces, and her pure and natural smile is really beautiful. Here, I would like to thank KAKA for taking special care of me during my stay in the store. I would like to greet you at any time, thank you very much. Will come again.

Very nice location and modern hotel. Rooftop bar is also really enjoyable. Only minus is that rooms do not have a fridge which would be useful and some rooms really smelled of humidity and cigarettes so we requested a different one, which we got with no problem. Little market selling food next to it and super easy to get anywhere in Futian. They also storage your bags with no issue

I recently stayed at Shenzhen 荟语酒店 (Eeril Hotel Futian Shenzhen) for six nights and had an exceptional experience. Upon check-in on March 1st, I was pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a room equipped with smart facilities, allowing me to control room lighting, curtains, and even the smart device with music controls. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the lobby always had tasty Chinese treats available. The hotel's location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from 皇岗 station, making it very convenient for transportation. Additionally, there are many top-rated restaurants and famous local foods nearby. My wife, 8-year-old daughter, and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the hotel's amenities. I particularly liked the complimentary laundry service, even though guests need to wash their own clothes, it was still a valuable offering. Another standout feature was the robot delivery service for **food delivery, which made ordering food to our room incredibly convenient. However, one suggestion for improvement would be to allocate separate floors for smoking and non-smoking guests to ensure a more pleasant stay for everyone. Overall, I highly recommend Shenzhen 荟语酒店 for its excellent service, convenient location, and modern amenities. We loved our stay and would gladly return in the future.

Crashed here after attending NYE parties in Fumin. Room was clean, comfortable, but it didn’t have a fridge like it said it would. Couldn’t be bothered asking to switch rooms. They were nice enough to provide me with a free late checkout and hold my bags until 5pm the next day. Will gladly stay here again.

Intercity Shenzhen Guanggang is sort of a business hotel you would love to like after staying for a night or so. It's a pity that we were only here for 2 nights . Pricing is pretty reasonable and they had free supper everyday. If u like a neighborhood feel to the area then this hotel is suited for you as there are many local food options available. Outside the hotel is the entrance to the metro station so travelling everywhere to shenzhen is very convenient. The staff are also very attentive to your needs. Overall it has been a pleasant stay and I would highly recommend it, even for families.

When I booked this hotel in the room description it said that the room had a window with an obstruction which is not true, these rooms simply have some decoration to imitate a window but after I complained they upgraded the room. Apart from that incident, the room was big and clean and the staff was friendly. They also provide a great breakfast.

I stayed there for two days from 11 to 13 Jan. I have to say that the services were excellent. Since I came to Shenzhen for some urgent matters. I came almost completely unprepared, which caused me many troubles regarding payment, bookings for RNA test to obtain the health code that is required by Hkgov. I didnt even bring my adaptor along! But the staffs have assisted me with the best ways possible in a super-friendly attitude. Without their assistance, im probably still stuck in Shenzhen now.
