To find this hotel, exit the East gate of Shenzhen North rail station. The hotel is just a short walk, maybe 100 yards at most, keeping to the left until you see a set of steps leading to an none descript entrance door of this super tall building. The entrance does not say Pullman, but there is a large sign in Chinese that does say Pullman before the steps. Once inside, there are signs posted in English directing you to the elevators which take you to the lobby on the 46 floor. Breakfast is ok, a bit of western (waffle/pancake/eggs, sausage,/ cerial), but mostly traditional chinese fair. View is spectacular. Room service easy with Q scan, portions are small and price is high. Service attentive and English no issue.

We booked the hotel for weekend stay in Shenzhen. It's conveniently located behind Shenzhen North Railway station. So you have access to the metro and the mall connected to the station. We checked in easily and enjoyed our stay. There were also free laundry machines for guests to use.

Excellent location if you're taking a train to or from shenzhen south station. It's just a 5 minute walk to the station. It's a little hard to find as there's a small entrance and then it's up on the 3rd floor. But they have these little robots take you to your room. The room is small but very clean and well designed.

The room is good and quiet. Although it is on the side of the road, it is a bit unclear when you start looking. You don’t have to go up on it. It’s directly on the first floor. You get out of the subway station. Then you find a small door on the far right of Shenzhen North Station. Go straight up. The short building behind is an apartment building. I took a certain detour in the middle, but it was very convenient to find a place. I stayed for one night and went out to play in the afternoon. The next day I lay flat until noon and went directly to the high-speed rail home. Breakfast and lunch were all taken out to the room. The middle shop owner also has warm care and inquiries. Generally speaking, it is satisfactory. The projection screen is also easy to use. The refrigerator can be used normally. The washing machine is useless on the balcony of the master bedroom on the second floor. I don't know what the situation is.

Facilities: The facilities are new and the room size is suitable. However, the facility labels next to the room entry card were completely wrong, and the exhaust fan, spotlights, and room lights were all wrong. Turning off the lights is all up to you. Hygiene: It seems that the floor was not swept. The food particles I dropped on the floor the day before were still there the next day. The clothes drying rack has not been wiped down either, there is dust on it. Service: Breakfast is okay, and the front desk and lobby services are also good. Environment: The corridor smells of new decoration, and the room is very noisy. There are two types of noise pollution: one is the sound of the high-speed train passing by, and the other is the construction site next to it. It is very noisy. Even though the glass is very noisy, there is no soundproof glass. There is still obvious noise when the window is closed. This is what I am most dissatisfied with.

Me and my wife stayed at MJ Grand Park Hotel for 3 nights. Our experience has been really good, the staff were really helpful and service minded. We did stay in the deluxe room. and of all the hetols we have stayed in, this is definitely the cleanest room we have seen on this trip. And the price is really fair compared to what we got. So we definitely will consider coming back next time we go to Shenzhen. And they do offer to drive to Shenzhen north railway station. we only had to wait 10 min. So thanks to the staff (6016) for the good experience from me and my wife.

The overall service of the hotel is very good. The location is easy to find. The transportation is very convenient. Front desk 06 05 The service is warm and there is free mineral water in the room. I highly recommend this apartment. The customer service lady has a very gentle voice. Check-in is very quick after adding WeChat for remote check-in, which will save a lot of time! Super convenient! It was my first time to come to Shenzhen and I didn’t know where to go. The customer service lady immediately told me where to go for fun. I spent these two days in Shenzhen, thanks to the help of this beautiful girl! The bed in the first apartment I stayed in was really different from that in a hotel. It was very soft and comfortable. When I asked the customer service lady what I needed, she immediately asked her aunt to deliver it! Like 👍Thank you auntie too! I will choose you next time I come to Shenzhen~

來深圳考試，先打電話諮詢了一遍，小姐姐很有耐心做了回答，根據指引很好找，房間麻雀雖小五臟俱全啊，新開的非常乾淨有衣櫃衣架，床品很舒服，香香的感覺很安神，洗衣機洗衣液消毒液柔順劑都有，非常全套，人不多一共四個單間，雖然新開的但感覺大家跟我一樣都在續住，哈哈，房東北方人性格很好，趕上吃飯時間還會招呼一起吃飯，在外有回家的感覺，客廳小米電視還可以自己投屏，總體很不錯推薦推薦

The hotel's facilities are very complete, whether it is game equipment or network connection quality is very good. The computer had LOL privileges and brought me a good game experience. It is located next to Hongshan subway station, the location is great, there are cinemas and shopping malls downstairs, Rainbow Shopping Mall, Hongshan 6979 large outdoor shopping mall. The place was rather run down and dirty. Although the beds were clean and the shower area was OK too. The rest of the unit felt dirty. Had lots of hair on the floor, there was a small cockroach on top of the fridge when we arrived which freaked out my kids. The aircon units were cold enough. Towels felt clean. Location was easy to find but after entering the building, the “check in” room was actually on the 4/F! I had to ask a delivery person to help me to call the “hotel” to find out where the check in room was. After that, our actual room was on 13/F. I won’t be returning again.
