We booked a family suite with a twin bed and a queen bed, the lady at the front desk upgraded us to two queen beds for free. The room is spacious and clean, there is a kitchen and washer machine too, perfect for a traveler. Subway line 3 is right under the hotel building, you can take the elevator directly to the subway, Futian high speed train station is on the line 3 route, super convenient. The location is in walking distance to Dong meng market place and laojie, great for food and entertainment. Overall, it's a nice experience staying in this hotel

I like to stay at this hotel because of the good location and nice rooms. I was a little disappointed this time as the room was small and did not smell good. Reception staff were not helpful and friendly. Good location though. The lift can be slow at times.

Hotel is too warm no AC just fan, housekeeping staff couldn’t speak English but tried best to help and find way to assist. While the guy at the front gate also helped with our query to safari park and greeted us the next day if we enjoyed our trip. Overall the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffest is ok have many choices.

Great location with lots to do within walking distance. There is a great little craft brewery right across the street (Richcraft) and a bbq place with a nice patio just down the road. If you don't have too much luggage, you can even walk from Luohu port exit. It is a busy area and you will hear some horns, but some white noise will drown that out. The pictures of the room are for a jacuzzi room as the hotel was kind enough to upgrade me. The rooms are a bit old but the furniture is in great shape so it is a very comfortable stay. A little disappointing that the television is not viewable from the bed though. Breakfast is good and there are western and chinese options. Sadly I never got the chance to try the pool. The only issue I had was during check in. The initial room had an issue with the hot water for the overhead shower which I discovered when taking a shower. I was switched to a new room but it smelled of cigarette smoke. I was then given a third room but it needed to be cleaned. I went out to run an errand and when I came back, the person who I had initially spoken with had gone out for dinner and no instructions were left about the room. I was given a fourth room but when I went to inspect it, it was a different style. When I went back to the lobby, there must have been communication about the third room as it was then arranged for me and everything was fine. The stay was then very comfortable but it was initially quite frustrating that I had to repack my luggage and go through four rooms. The final note is the room came with a 100 yuan voucher for the restaurant but it was difficult to understand how to use it. I ended up not using it. There was a cafe/bar on the main floor. It would have been more convenient if the voucher could be used there.

As an American I booked this hotel assuming it would live up to the Best Western name that I am used to in the States. This hotel has been neglected for years. First room I was assigned, door wouldn’t open. Went back down and was assigned a different room (tenth floor, 1015). Lock wouldn’t latch, leaking sink that had been “repaired” using electrical tape, night stand was from the 1970s and none of the built in knobs worked (but it was still plugged in with frayed wires in the back). Overall dingy and not well maintained. Not exactly “dirty” just not what you would expect from a Best Western (granted they aren’t 5 star hotels but this hotel is unquestionably on the very bottom of their standards list). Wouldn’t consider staying here again. Pros: Staff were great and spoke English well. Laundry service was not expensive and returned in under 24 hours. Bedding and towels were brilliantly white, fresh, new and high quality.

This is my first visit to Shenzhen. The hotel location is just 5 minutes walk from the busy area of Dong Men Pedestrian street . Everything in the hotel is very new looks like it has been opened not long ago. The room is very clean. Everything is provided in the room like bathrobe, iron and ironing board, There is a fridge, unbrella, kettle, coffee and tea provided. Slippers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body moisturiser cream, shaver, tooth brush. The towels are new and clean. The breakfast is excellent and has a wide varieties. The receptionists are polite and there are welcome drinks at the reception when you check in. I would definitely stay in this hotel on my next visit. We stay here for 5 nights. I almost forget that there is a gym and reading lounge at the 9 floor.

First-class service, first-class hardware, first-class sanitation, first-class environment, service with a smile... Not only is the hotel newly opened, but even the hotel building is a new building that has just been delivered😄🍾️🎊A feeling of returning home, which relieves the stress of the journey exhausted. I went to the hotel in the evening to wash my clothes. Brand new washing machine, dryer, washing powder, laundry detergent, and transparent soap. It can be seen that the management's meticulous service and super management ability👍👍👍The location is unique, circled in the picture downstairs Upstairs is where the descendants of Shenzhen leaders live. There is also a high-end golf club with a very good course. The hotel has a rich breakfast and a complete range of Chinese and Western food🥰The bathrooms and sanitary ware are all from international brands✈️I wanted to stay one night and go shopping in surrounding cities, but the location is so good, close to Window of the World, China Folk Village... major attractions They are all very close. We decided to stay here🥳. We booked two rooms with our elderly and children. We went out to play during the day and did not go to the hotel swimming pool, so we did not take pictures. The smart robot service was also good. This trip made me feel how Shenzhen people are open to the outside world. The enthusiasm of local people is the best hotel experience I have had during this trip. I will stay here again next time. Manager Zhang’s ability and Director Chen’s seriousness can only be praised by two words🎈.

We loved this hotel Hua Yi for their services were excellent, location is very good, facilities excellent especially the laundry services that bring up to your doorstep 👍👍👍 and very friendly, kind and high quality of hospitality services from front desk to chamber staffs especially Ms Xiao Nan from front desk show us the most outstanding service and needs that we need, advises us on how to travel around in Shenzhen, places of interest and their Metro subway train, brought us all the way to boarding of our taxi after we check out from the hotel. Definitely we will highly recommend and share all these goodness with our relatives and friends if they come to Shenzhen for visits and holidays. Thank you Hua Yi Hotel 👏👏👏👍👍👍😘😘😘

Intercity Shenzhen Guanggang is sort of a business hotel you would love to like after staying for a night or so. It's a pity that we were only here for 2 nights . Pricing is pretty reasonable and they had free supper everyday. If u like a neighborhood feel to the area then this hotel is suited for you as there are many local food options available. Outside the hotel is the entrance to the metro station so travelling everywhere to shenzhen is very convenient. The staff are also very attentive to your needs. Overall it has been a pleasant stay and I would highly recommend it, even for families.

The accommodation conditions are very good, it is a very considerate B&B, and the beach is right outside your door. The guy at the front desk was very handsome and very enthusiastic. He helped us recommend travel routes and places to eat, and provided various services. He was very considerate. Will stay here again next time
