It Was not worthy of 100$ hotel .very small low amenities.its charge you 5 star rate but service you will get 2 star. I have to take my own bags in room. and provide products are not that standard.

This is the time i visit in shillong i just came for lunch but the spread buffet was very less but food was ok But your staff holyland is very excellent and very cooperative .and very helpful Good environment thanks for your kind n excellent service 😘😍

Our stay at Courtyard by Marriott, Shillong during May 3-10, 2024 was awesome! The hospitality of the entire staff was truly amazing. We loved the food and beverages served at their Restaurant Spectra in the breakfast and dinner buffets. Traveling with two little kids meant that we had some special food requests and these were promptly handled by the F&B team. Special thanks to the assistant ***ager F&B, Mr. Chandan Khapri and all the staffs and associates. To name a few of their amazing teammates that left a lasting impression on us (actual list is longer) — Simrandeep, ***lih, Anamika, Holyland, Retsalah, Rahul Chetri, Mailu Tungyang and Kelly. We got the recipes for baked desserts from Chef Rajeev, who was equally warm and generous. In a way we took a piece of Shillong with us back to home :) Would highly recommend this property to anyone planning a trip to Shillong, Meghalaya. Best, Ashwin & Carmel

I watched the Cricket World Cup here and I was made to feel at home by and Mr ***n,Natasha ,Alex, and Sudarshan . They are very attentive and friendly and always smiling. I wish them all the best. This is my favourite bar in Shillong city. Would surely visit again soon.

The staff is very very polite and humble...amazing hospitalité specially loved the nature of Holyland and chef Rajeev.. overall everyone and everything is very very good . They welcome u with lovely smile and are very welcoming so will love to come back again

It is amazing hotel and staff are very very good and polite and helpfull Holland,chandan and Rajeev chef all have been amazing through out our stay. Superb hotel and superb service unbeatable. I have been going all marriot properties but this property is the beat for its service and food is awsome. Not to be missed.

Marriott has done a good job openinng such a beautiful property in Shillong. We came here for the weekend buffet. The menu was pretty elaborate and the food tasted amazing. On top of that the staff here is excellent. ***ager Chandan and team leader Holyland were very courteous and good to us. Keep up the good work!
