Friendly service. Best feature of the hotel was the restaurant. The food was fresh and the quality and choice of meals was excellent. Waiters were very attentive. Only thing lacking was no alcohol served at dinner. The residency is located just off one of the busy streets of Shillong which is fascinating for a tourist to wander and see how the locals live.

It was very pleasant and soothing experience for my family. It had good comfortable and spacious rooms with good breakfast. The staff was quite helpful. We would recommend this place for my friends and family.

The Phoenix Residency.. unnecessarily overpriced and does not even maintain basic hygiene after covid. They have a check in time at 2 clock and I have checked in at 5 pm and saw the bed is completely dirty and it is evident they have not changed the bed sheet or pillow cover. There are food mark hairs through out the bed so it is clear they have not even changed the bed sheet after last person checked out. They are charging high tarrif with very poor service.also no wifi connectivity inside the room.
