Very tiny room, you will feel suffocated inside the room. No ac room even at 4000rs. The counter girl don't behave properly. The bathroom tap is leaking, chars are dirty, pillow's are dirty. Don't book in this hotel.

Property location is good. It is in main market of the city. But this hotel is on the second floor of the building and no elevator is there. Our room was a bit suffocating and can't open windows too as there was back side of hotel with loads of garbage that even more worse. Room and bathroom both were continuously stinking badly. And room service just speryed room freshner which didn't work too. Their room service was also very pathetic. And their restaurant's food were also below average. Wonder how they get star ratings.

Well maintained hotel in the heart of police bazar shillong. Warm and welcoming staff, they were very helpful in terms of everything. They even helped us in planning our trip arranged a vehicle also. Morning complementary breakfast was good.

Pros: Hot Water Availability: Hot water was available 24x7, which was very convenient. Excellent Vegetarian Restaurant: The vegetarian restaurant at the hotel was very good, offering delicious meals. Great Location: The hotel is situated in a prime location, making it easy to access nearby attractions and amenities. Cons: Mold Issue : We encountered mold in our room. When we reported this to the manager, the response was dismissive, attributing it to Shillong's damp weather, which we found unacceptable. On being asked about it, the staff said that they dont allow outside food in the hotel, so no use of fridge. and in case, we wanted to refrigerate medicine, they could keep that in the kitchen fridge for us. Poor Service: The service was lacking. During our 3-day stay, the faulty phone in our room was never fixed, forcing us to use our mobile phones to contact the reception. Overall, our stay at Cloud Social was just okay. While there were some positive aspects, significant areas need improvement, particularly in addressing room issues and enhancing service quality.

Breakfast is pathetic, rooms are very small. Though they tell you till 10. 00am is the breakfast time they will wrap it within 9. 30 am

Very poor. No towel, no sufficient pillow, no breakfast on time, no water upto 8. 00am. No proper parking

The management of the hotel is very rude. The executive room which is booked was quite small as compared to the pictures shown. I had booked the room for 3 people, to accommodate the third person, they said they would remove the entire furniture outside, then what is the point of booking a room with amenities? terrible experience wouldnt recommed this hotel to anyone.

Excellent stay. Staff was very helpful and polite. Top notch service. Will definitely recommend this hotel. Location is also at the heart of the city
