The hotel staff was courteous and polite. The food was delicious. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel ambience was also nice. Toiletries were provided. The bathroom was also clean. This was a value for money stay. The hotel does not have a lift.

The hotel sits diagonally opposite to the hotel polo towers at polo bazaar in Shillong. The hotel is an old property, so the rooms are very airy, big and having a small drawing room also. The staff behaviour and service were pretty good, breakfast decent. Overall nice stay. Police bazar is around 10-15 mins walk from here. One catch, you need to climb some 30-35 steps of stairs to reach the reception, some more to reach the rooms.

nice hotel with nice inhouse food options, the rates are ok rooms are comfy just a higher side if you ask for an extra mattress, rest everything was fine. Only drawback doesnt have any elevators so being with family with 2 kids room was on 2nd floor so it was a bit tardy tahats it.

Good Staff. Very good and transparent dealing of Hotel Manager. He gives good suggestions. Staff is very co operative. Food is ok and cleanliness is maintained. Recommended for mid sized budget. Although parking option is limited. Location is good
