It's a very simple hotel with no interiors and any fancy facility. Overpriced ( a case with most hotels in Shillong). They have some rooms in basement with no view (walls right next to window) that can be avoided. But good service, hygiene, new & quality fittings and decent food makes up for all this. Overall, a good stay
