Nice stay in polo tower hotel... Nice room and nice food. House keeping staff helpful and friendly. Some Mr pavitra was very helpful every time. Room are properly maintained. Stay was amazing and room was very comfortable. Polo tower is a good place in Shillong. Next time will come again.

Service is excellent 👌. Pavitra was very attentive & helpful. Bala and Malay were very helpful and ever so 😃. Highly recommended 👌. The hotel is situated in the heart of Shillong. Very convenient to reach from anywhere in and around the city. Shopping 🛍 was easy exciting and fulfilling.

Had a wonderful experience staying at this Hotel. The service was great, the food was wonderful (loved the live Dosa counter and the exquisite idlis on offer for breakfast) and the staff were very courteous & helpful. Specially loved the tasteful artwork on display at several places in the hotel; as well as the layout of Floor -1.

Stay was comfortable.. nice and promt service.. good quality food.and nice ambience. Overall we enjoyed our stay.. house keeping staff are very good person..pavitra good person for house keeping staff..polo tower are best property... Thank to all staff

Amazing experience staying at the hotel. The service is upto the mark. Would recommend for a peaceful and comfortable stay. The house keeping especially is way polite and prompt. Mr.Pabitra helped us receive this extravagant stay here....

Experience at POLO Tower Was Wonderful.Buffet Breakfast Was Excellent. Different Vegetarian items were nice. Service by Mr राकेश ,शेफ charnjeet Was extraordinary Very Good. Stay at Hotel was very nice.Room Service & Reception was very Cooperative. This Was a Short Visit.We Will again Visit this Hotel with Family. T***n & Yogesh Tripathi Room No 412

Really good hotel wonderful place for Family weekend stay. Ms Doris was very courteous and always making the kids feel have a good time. The room service staff was also good, The restaurant staff was also willing to provide extra bits to specifically meet the requirements. Really enjoyed.
