Hotel Shingar

It was a decent stay. Location is great, in the mall road itself. View was also nice. Okay for friends and family.

Amenities were less as there was no attached hair dryer, no shaving kits, toothpaste, no hair oil. These are basic things which a good hotel must have. Bedsheet was torn.

*location: the property's location is its only redeeming feature. It is situated in a convenient area, close to local attractions and accessible to public transportation. However, the positive aspects of the location were overshadowed by the numerous negatives of the stay. *food: the food quality was disappointing. Not only was it sub-par in taste, but it was also exorbitantly priced. The limited variety and poor preparation made dining an unpleasant experience. *amenities: the property severely lacks basic amenities. There were no toiletries provided, and the room was missing essential items such as a kettle and complimentary water. The absence of these basic facilities significantly diminished the comfort of the stay. *services: the service was not up to standard. The staff were unresponsive and unhelpful, failing to address concerns or provide assistance when needed. The overall lack of professionalism and attentiveness was quite frustrating. In conclusion, i would not recommend hotel shingar mall road to anyone. The combination of inadequate amenities, poor food quality, and substandard service made for a disappointing stay. I hope the management takes steps to address these issues for future guests.

Had a wonderful stay. The service and hospitality was excellent. The food was also on point and the service was fast.

Hotel staff is greatest, nicest and most humble. Haven't seen such nice hospitality in any hotel so far. 100 percent hands up

Location is excellent view of valley from terrace on 4 th floor is very good rooms are good. No view of valley was visible from my room. Only problem i faced was that a coolie is required to take luggages to hotel from dropping point of taxi near high court
