It was excellent stay at Harsha The Fern Shivamogga. We had 4 room and all room were superb. Our Family members are quite impressed. Location was excellent. Front office staff was excellent and cooperative. We are happy with their services . Thanks to all special thanks to Vasanthi, Luina and Ajay at front office he is very cooperative with us.

Friendly staff. Good facilities and location. Didn't expect Bhangra music in the bar, though. Nothing against the genre, just a surprise in Shimoga Flooring in the room is coming apart with exposed nails, could be dangerous if you're barefoot

Good and comfortable…….. staff were humble……. supportive team….. could be one of the good choice among all options…….. Please do get in touch with the sales team even if you book it online via any other agent as the team would support and be informative.

First thank you so much for good service in this hotel and also good environment around the hotel and easy to reach at hotel because it's on the road side not inside and hotel staff very good and politely spacially (Ms. Shivani) she is very polite for guest and also all Recepnist are very good and housekeeping and restaurant is very cooperative and I want to say overall hotel is too good and I really recommend this hotel other guest And thank you so much again and keep it up and good luck for another guests.

Excellent stay with fabulous service. Ajay and his team had made us feel at home. Luina is an excellent front desk person. She has been always smiling and took out of her way to make us feel good. My family is positive above The Fern. I wish to come back again.

Excellent but.. Water clogging issues in bathrooms. Travel and front desk is extremely good. Luina especially did great job handling reception and helping is finding cab. Appreciate your good work Rooms are clean but housekeeping needs improvement

Untraind staff at front desk showing rude behaviour with guest. Other people having issues at checkout but staff is not provided correct information. Incomplete information online not described the room category. Service was very slow and staff is lazy in resturant. Food is ok but service is too late. I have been facing same issues from my last visit. Please take care of this otherwise you lose your business.

Excellent service and staffs are excellent and breakfast was very good, I was feeling its my second home, staff behavior was very good, I really enjoyed my stay at fern great place to stay in shivamogga pool side area good Pintu and Daleep joshi friendly

Best hotel in shimoga and the nice hospitality very caring and respected staff and food also amazing, Rooms very clean and neet i think perfect. Front office staff Miss Luina very responsible and way the tack to the guest amazing and Smile. very good hotel in shimoga i will definitely recommend to my friend and family for sure
