Hotel Anand Heritage

We checked in at 1am in night and before that we had a word with someone from hotel that can we check out at 3pm next day as we will be leaving 3pm, that time the staff said that okay you come down here and then we settle things up for you. Once we reached here, they totally denied that they wont be able to help, still we understood their things we told them atleast provide a place for keeping our luguage to which they certainly provided us. Once we were back to hotel and asked the reception guy that if he can provide us a room for 1 hour as we wanted to rest and we were ready to pay for the same to which he totally denied that no we dont have a room when entire hotel have so ***y vacant rooms. Atleast hotel ***agement should have basic hu*** decency to gove their guest the most memorable stay instead of spoiling the trip. Pathetic experience. Also they dont have basic eminity of dustbin in the rooms, their health faucet was broke, they don't even provide basic toiletries also. After few minutes we again went to him and asked him what will be the charges for 1 hour and he asked for Rs.600 and we booked this hotel for a days in 850! Comm'on guys like seriously? Won't ever recommend this hotel as the reception guy is not at all helpful.

The hotel is locard near sri sai sai baba temple. The Rooms were neat and clean with friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant serves a lot variety of food. Specifically the Breakfast was nice with good layout. Overall it was a nice and comfortable stay.

Hotel was clean, neat ,walkable disatnce to temple ,very helpful staff . We accidently forgot the wrist watch in room and was in the way to train station . When informed them they quickly checked and found and sent neatly packed by courier . Thanks a lot to staff who r good people and helpful nature 👍

Excellent accomodation and very good hospitality. Family friendly stays and Anand Heritage team are very helpful. Clean room and swift room service. It was pleasent trip and stay for families. .....................................

This was my 3rd time stay at this place, it awesome experience, shift incharge Mr. Rohit was also very co operative and staff is also good. Room was clean and hygiene, best part it is close to temple at 5 mins walking distance. Best stay for couples and family.

Nice hospitality and good for family stay.Breakfast was tasty but limited varieties, more items may be included.Ambience is sober within limited area.Flexible timings.Room amenities need to add.parking is safe within Hotel area.Best wishes

Overall, our stay at Anand Heritage was excellent. ***ager Mr. R D was exceptionally cooperative and humble, adding to the pleasant experience. The proximity to Sai Baba Temple, just a 10-minute walk away, made it convenient for darshan and aarti. I highly recommend this hotel to fellow Shirdi visitors and the hotel us surrounded by all necessary amenities such as restaurants and shops.

Excellent stay but food needs to improve. ***ager Mr.R D was very cooperative and humble. This place is close to the temple and still not crowded. The room hygeine was good and well maintained. The ambience was also good and attractive. I personally can say overall good experience.

There was no facilities for making tea/coffee etc in the room which is basic requirement. The ***agement should think about it and provide this facility in the room. Otherwise the staff and services were excellent. Location is very prime which is walking distance to temple and cars are always available for going Sanisignapur.
