It was very beautiful and nice. It was convenient because I could go to the station and restaurants right away 😊 If I could stay at this price, I would use it again.

Although it is a little more expensive than a typical business hotel, you will be more than satisfied, and you will feel that it is better value for money than staying at another business hotel for just a few thousand yen. It's a little far from the station, a 10-minute walk, but it's close to Aoba Event Road, the center of events, and the downtown area. A hotel I would like to stay at at least once a month. While there are many hotels that only use sterilization, the inside of the building and rooms are all antibacterial. I think it's more important than looking pretty. There is an automatic coffee machine in the cafe on the first floor, and a variety of cold drinks are available in addition to the automatic coffee machine in the lounge on the second floor. The food service (limited quantities) from 5:30pm includes authentic curry and salad (from the pesticide-free 808 Factory). The hot spring SPA can be used from check-in 3pm to 10am the next morning. The sauna is an automatic Roryu iki stove. The breakfast is far beyond what you would expect from a business hotel. All of the food was of high quality, and I was surprised that they even had crema coffee. A high-grade hotel with a view of Mt. Fuji even for singles (cannot be specified).

It's quite close to the JR station, and there is a relatively small commercial street nearby. The room can see Mount Fuji (although it is not directly facing it) and is very cost-effective. It is very clean and has basic facilities! ٩(●˙▿˙●)۶

It is very good to have this level of facilities at this price. The private rooms are small but equipped with everything. There are many izakayas around the hotel, making it a good place to enjoy a drink. The unfortunate thing is that if you use your own car, you have to use the paid parking lot in the back alley.

I only had a place to stay at a reasonable price on a sudden business trip, and I saw the word of mouth that it smelled on the hotel reservation site, but I booked it as better than overseas hotels. It was a room of about 2DK when I was told at check-in that there was only a large room. It was old and dusty, and the toilet cleaning was appropriate and above all, the smell of sewage was full, and I was worried about whether I could spend a day. Even if I turned all the ventilation fans in the bathroom, toilet and kitchen, I couldn't get this smell and closed the partition of the bedroom which was still better and stayed at night. It is a very unpleasant stay and a business trip that requires a sudden stay, and if there is only an inn here, I think it would be better to go to a different station and stay. One good thing is that there is a tuna specialty store called Shimizu Port Minami, which is popular for tourists, next door. I will never stay again as I say many times. I stayed at such a smelly hotel for the first time.

Nice family hotel and centrally located opposite the train station with many restaurants choices. Checkin was a breeze and room was clean and spacious. Breakfast that came with the hotel stay was excellent with many choices and sufficient refills. Carpark was chargeable at 1200y per night at the next building and walking to carpark can be cumbersome for some during bad weather. Highly recommended place for those looking for accommodation in this part of the city or exploring the city.

The large communal bath before the renovation was reserved. Turn the bills over during common use ～. When I stayed for the first time in several years because of the renewal this time, the usage time was only two hours in the morning and night by the men and women replacement system. This cannot be used unless the time is adjusted, and it is small even if it is a large communal bath. There were only two locker keys. By the way, I used it after 18:00, but I'm already using it alone. At most, there are about 3 people, so take a bath while paying attention. However, I was able to relax a little after one came out, so I think it was better than taking a room bath. I ate the breakfast buffet for the first time, but it was renovated and beautiful, and I think the price was good for 700 yen, but the chair is a stool on a counter table like McDonald's, so it's good for a light meal. But it's not like enjoying the buffet slowly. Also, I was happy that there was a homemade pudding made in a small bottle, but I couldn't eat all the bottom because there was no small spoon for dessert (laughs). The set may be better. Also, it is a negative point for me that the windows in the room are not open. In conclusion, although the room rate is cheap, is it a large communal bath of the population hot spring? With! ?? There is a drink service and there is no discomfort in the hotel itself, so I don't think the overall evaluation is bad, but it is still a difficulty that it is quite far from the station. Since Ichiou is a population hot spring, I felt that the satisfaction would be better if I paid 500 yen per person for 45 minutes by charter reservation system (in that case, I would like to have a morning at a nice cafe in Hitoshuku Town even if it is far away, so stay again I want to do it.

You can book a room for 3 people, and the children can also have their own beds. The room can also open two large suitcases. There are many shops, shopping and restaurants nearby, and the main station is only a 15-minute walk away! Only there are no clothes racks in the bathroom and they have to be placed outside. Overall very good, can stay again!

The location is really good. And it's great to have your own private room at this price. The space in the room for suitcases is vague. All basic facilities are neatly equipped. The shower room was spacious and comfortable, and I used the washer and dryer well. Highly recommended :)
