Lack of neatness, even they didn’t provide complimentary water high charge for extra bed bad behavior of the employee

Rooms are not comfortable. Service are not satisfied for couple s parking is fine, side scene are fabulous.

Stay experience was below par. Had checkin issues as mm t reservation was not reflecting in their system, but the front office staff was helpful. We stayed only for a night, so it wasn't much of a bother. Location of resort is great, by the river cauvery. But rooms were old, with rusty old furniture, cupboards. Even the common places near swimming pool was not maintained well. Staff very very courteous. Overall it was not that great experience, better to check photos before booking.

Rooms are badly maintained, fan was dusty, fixtures are all worn out, tv was also dusty. Kitchen opens at 7:30 am and they start breakfast at 7:30 am god knows how ?

Clean rooms, tasty and affordable food and good staff. Next time we are in mysuru definitely we will be staying in tha resort again.

In room cleanliness was not maintained. Swimming pool was there but not maintained. Only good part was food and staff always had smile on their face.

The resort was excellent, however, it lacked proper maintenance. The building and rooms were quite old. The ambiance was delightful, and there was a pool available. The play area for children was a bit small but still enjoyable. The breakfast, which was supposed to be complimentary, was charged to me, so it's advisable to verify this before making a reservation. The main reason i chose this resort was for its access to the kaveri river. I was able to take a dip and relax by the river, which was a significant advantage. Although the water near the resort appeared slightly unclean, it is understandable as human actions are beyond their control. Overall, it was a positive experience for those seeking a budget-friendly stay.

Rooms were clean but most of the lights were not working, morning breakfast was ok, afternoon lunch was bad, night dinner was okok. The cauvery water which come inside the resort is stuck not clean. Swimming pool was good near to the rooms but we should have timings allocated to people who stay becoz there were few bachelors who were inside kids pool for so long and it made uncomfortable for my baby
