Mieszkamy na 6. piętrze, a personel sprzątający na 6. piętrze jest sumienny i odpowiedzialny! Świetnie”

„This place is a bit far from the center of Berlin, but it seems to be a safe and, according to locals, affluent area. There isn't staff on-site all the time, but I was able to check in via internet call. The showers are shared between men and women, which is common in Germany, but there seems to be a separate women's shower room, so effectively they are separated. Both the showers and toilets were clean; I had no issues with them. However, since it's on the ground floor and faces the street, I occasionally heard voices, footsteps, and smelled cigarette smoke from outside, but that's to be expected. I'd likely stay here again on my next trip to Berlin!”

„Spent one night at this hotel in their Single Room, it was big enough for me and the bed I believe may be slightly bigger than a standard single bed, either way it was very comfortable. The room was simple but bright and airy, I would make one suggestion and that is it should have a hook for clothes in the shower room. The most outstanding thing about my hotel stay was the service from the reception staff, all the ladies I communicated with were super nice, friendly and helpful.”

„Amazing location next to the Potsdamer Platz and literally steps away from the Memorial of the Murdered Jews and Brandenburger Tor. Also a super central location for getting to all the other tourist attractions like the East side gallery, alexanderplatz etc. The hotel itself is quite dated and simple, but cleanliness is maintained. Housekeeping was rather careless e.g. forgot to refill conditioner for both nights, sending same amenities twice, but fast to respond overall.”

„Location, location, location! You could not choose a more easily accessible hotel in Berlin for someone who needs to move around the city regularly. The hotel itself is functional but clean, and the rooms are decent although I wish I had more control over the air temperature in the room. The beds comfort level was a distinct 'so-so'. Would i stay there again? A definite maybe!”

„Five star disappointment. They put us in a room in a back building then blocked our access to our room all week due to various events they had on the first floor. To get to our room we had to go up one set of stairs, walk an entire hallway, then take two more slow elevators. Very inconvenient and not a 5 star experience. I left a message of complaint with the manager and got no response. Very disappointed with this hotel experience.”

„Wspaniały pobyt w tym hotelu. Personel był niezwykle profesjonalny i pomocny, gdy trip.com nie potwierdził prawidłowo pokoi w tym hotelu. Kierownik zrobił wszystko, co mógł, aby pomóc nam rozwiązać problem. Pokoje były stylowe i czyste, a lokalizacja była w odległości spaceru od wielu atrakcji i systemu transportu publicznego w Zoological Station.”

„Check-in and check-out is on your own, you even have to program the card yourself and there is never anyone behind the counter. Rooms are very nice, with a balcony, comfortable bed with plenty of pillows/cushions and a television with many channels (tho programs are in German or at least dubbed in it). They even give you nice bedroom slippers, a kettle and tea and coffee and there are plenty of sockets to charge your devices in the room. There is a safe, microwave, and small stove to do your cooking with plates, bowls, and cutlery provided. We can even use the laundry facilities (both washing machine and dryer) in the basement and help ourselves to extra towels and tissue boxes if we need to. Location is very near the Alexanderplatz train station (around 5-6 mins walk). Supermarket is also located about 5 mins aways from here, which is huge just bear in mind its closed on Sundays.”

„Hotellet ligger langt fra Berlin C. Du skal med u-bahn næsten helt ud til det olympiske stadion. Området er fint med hyggelige spisesteder og shopping i området. Den ene receptionist virkede næsten fornærmet over, at vi havde fået opholdet så billigt. En mand med et lille overskæg, var fornærmet men ellers var alt personale venligt. Der var et lille mini køleskab på værelset til deres minibar Poolen koster 6 euro pr person pr dag at benytte og den er meget lille. Morgenmad på hotellet var en fin buffet hvor der ikke manglede noget. Hyggelig betjening. Edeka og REWE ligger tæt på sammen med Rossmann. Og du kan spise godt i området på fastfood stedet, hvor en pizza koster ca 10 euro og en doner 8 euro”
