Check-in late, one of the staff at the front desk who was nearer to me keep playing with mobile phone while the other who was further away answered my questions.
Overall room condition is good, but need to wait for a long time before I can get hot water in the shower.
Location is good, near to night market and a few famous places.
Breakfast is basic but up to the standard.

It was a great stay, the receptionist was very friendly, and check out process quick and easy. The breakfast is great and plenty too.
