Side Miami Beach Hotel

Hotel jest idealny na rodzinne wakacje. Ludzie tutaj są bardzo mili i pomocni. Mają parking. Jedzenie jest pyszne, świeże i ma wiele opcji. Uwielbiam fakt, że jest w odległości spaceru od plaży i wszystkich zabytków turystycznych, które tu mają. Pokoje są czyste, a jeśli będzie jakiś problem, przyjdą i pomogą. Basen był czysty.

Bardzo dobry hotel, kompleks hotelowy jest cichy i bardzo czysty. Pokoje hotelowe są bardzo czyste i mają wszystko, czego potrzebujesz. Personel jest bardzo przyjazny, pomocny i ludzki. Chciałbym zarezerwować tutaj ponownie. Zdecydowanie polecę hotel komuś, kto szuka ciszy i spokoju.

First the staff does not speak english or german,on arrival after checkin in the evening they put us in a room( 501) that was moist,plumbing very bad we stayed here for one night in the morning we tryed to complain about the room! They did not understand,with al little help from google we could get another room after paying an upgrade of 100 euros cash no receipt!! For a man with my disabilities is stairs not done,so i payed the price,the room was better with no stairs,what a disillusion this hotel and we had to stay for 14 days,after a few days we got used to the minor things,there is one plus the food was good,and the cleaners do a good job,afterall im never gonna book this hotel anymore in the future,its a dump!

Hotel - small & basic, but is very clean & had all we needed. The only negative - bed was uncomfortable. Staff - All were super friendly & helpful. Food - Breakfast was my favourite meal, with lots of variety, very fresh & tasty food. Ice creams were not included with all inclusive but, are only upto 1 euro each! Surrounding area - VERY beautiful. The Old Town and ruins are stunning at sunrise & sunset. There are lots of cats wandering about & a few dogs, these are treated as sacred animals, with food & water stations all along the promenade :-) EXCURSIONS - we did quad tour, Green Canyon boat trip, Turkish bath with massage & white water rafting. All were good value, the boat trip & rafting included lunch. Currency - Turkish Lira or Euro, most shops advertise prices in Euro!

I am so happy that I chose this hotel! I had a wonderful all-inclusive 7-night stay here. The reception team is fantastic - very friendly, polite, caring, and always ready to help. I want to especially thank two ladies at the reception who did their absolute best to make me feel welcome and at home. You are doing a great job! I can't thank you enough for your hospitality. The room was super clean and comfortable. It was cleaned every day, with linens changed every 3 days. The cleaning lady on my floor deserves praise - the trash was always taken out, I never ran out of toilet paper, the corner of toilet paper was always folded (it's a small thing, but it's a sign of a cleaning staff that knows what they are doing), the floor was always clean, and the soap/shampoo/shower gel was always full. The room had a fridge, hair dryer, AC, and TV, and everything worked perfectly. I must mention the bed mattress and pillows - they were so comfortable! I would love to have a pillow like that at home. The room was light, but it had dark curtains in case you prefer a darker environment. Everything is relatively new. As for the food, I have no complaints. Everything was very tasty, and there was always a good variety to choose from. I have rarely eaten turkey before, but here it was cooked very well every time it was on the menu for the day. The chicken was also very good. There was always a good variety of desserts and fruits. The bar team worked tirelessly - all dirty dishes were removed immediately, the floor was cleaned before every mealtime, and tablecloths were changed. The location of the hotel is simply perfect. Shops, restaurants, and the beach are nearby (beach - ~100 meters). Erdem's and Cevik's markets (~50 meters from the hotel) have very friendly owners (family businesses), and can provide you with anything you might need. Also, Migros or A101 are not so far away. LC Waikiki, McDonald's, and Burger King are just a short walk away. If you are looking for a HUGE choice of souvenirs or other Turkish things, check out Sali Pazari (AVM) - prices are friendly, and there are tons of options. The best part about the hotel's location is that Side old town is extremely close (10 min. walk). Be sure to visit it! I highly recommend this hotel to every traveler in Side. A very nice hotel! Food was lovely and enough choice, rooms got cleaned daily , nice friendly staff, and its close to the beach! I would come back to this hotel next time :) Also its nice that it is a smaller hotel so not many noices and not too many people , so there is no waiting line for the food or sun beds at the pool.

If we arrived to the hotel (of course it was 2 am, after the flight) we did not get water, it was bad for me. But meal, drinks, room and servant in hotel were very good. I have to deduct 25 % because of: 1. unsupplied water upon arrival 2. hotel did not have reservation to place for hotel guests on the beach 3. music from nearly restaurant played every day to 12 pm cca

Small beauty hotel with good location to the sea. But there is a problem we do not know before.. The hotel do not offer the private beach for guests. You must pay for it. It was suprise for us. Other hotels offer free access to the beach. The hotel has a swimmingpool and you can relax here. There are also many bars and lounge to dance or just sit here and drink. The hotel has a very nice servants. The meal is also very tasty. 80% of satistaction.
