Melissa Garden Apart Hotel

Well what can I say have never been made feel so welcome on a holiday as we did at the Melissa Garden. One of our best holidays so far and we are look forward to returning next year. All the staff were amazing and nothing was ever to much hassle for them. From Yas, Kadir, Rambo, Mustafa, Sunshine, Alfie and many more their service was outstanding. We stayed in a 1 bedroom self catering apartment which was comfortable, spacious and clean. The maids do a great job. Can not recommend this place enough and will definitely be returning.

My recent trip to Melissa Garden was my 3rd visit, and I can honestly say that it somehow gets better every time! The rooms, cleanliness, the food, the entertainment, and mostly the absolutely amazing staff there are what makes this place so special to me. I go with my family each time for 2 weeks and cannot fault it one bit, the management and staff are so friendly that it feels like you’re part of a family abroad. Deniz, Mao, Yasin (and his fab restaurant team), kitchen staff, the cleaning ladies, reception workers are all so welcoming and couldn’t make your stay any more pleasant. There is a couple of staff who inform you of massages available within the hotel, but Ahmet and the lady are amazing and not pushy whatsoever (I booked in for 2 massages while there), will only ask you once if you’d like to go unlike some places you may go to. The tattoo guys are also not pushy in the slightest and will only ask you once if you’d like any info or to book in (which I also did). I honestly recommend this place to anyone for a holiday, whether it be a family, solo or couples holiday - Melissa Garden will make your trip worthwhile. This hotel is not a fancy 5 star hotel at all so you will get what you pay for, but in my eyes it’s so much better than that and the closeness that you gain with staff as it isn’t a huge building is absolutely amazing. Once some more day time activities are added, this place could really outshine so many big corporate hotels. I hope you take the time to read my review and maybe give this hotel a chance as it definitely is worth it, I can’t wait to be back again in September for some more fun with my second family. We have just arrived home from our holiday at Melissa gardens (2 adults, a 7 and 3 year old) and I have to say I was incredibly impressed. I genuinely don’t think the photos on booking websites or old videos on YouTube do the place any justice! It is incredibly clean, it is a lot bigger than I realised with two separate big pools and bars, the food was absolutely amazing, freshly cooked and miles better than any hotel food I’ve had before. The air con was so good I was actually freezing at one point! (I’d put it on the lowest setting because I like to be cold) and hadn’t expected it to work so well! The evening had a lovely chilled vibe, with good music and atmosphere and the playground is a great touch! Next to the hotel their is a supermarket where people who are staying at Melissa garden get a discount.. this was well stocked and super friendly also.. for example if you pick up a room temp water bottle without thinking, they will swap it for a chilled one. Finally.. the staff.. they really make the place what it is! They were so accommodating to us and went out of their way to make sure we were happy. We arrived much later than expected due to flight delays and didn’t arrive until 1am but they still asked if we were hungry/thirsty which was so thoughtful. They were friendly with the kids and remembered our names too! We will definitely be back and we are so sad we were only there 4 nights! Next time it will definitely be longer. If you’re unsure whether to book- go for it!! You won’t be disappointed! Thank you so much to all the staff you are all amazing and we appreciate everything!

This is an ideal family place to stay as everything you need is close by. There are 2 pool areas, one which is more oriented towards families with children as there is a water slide. The restaurant is open all day and evenings too and food is a reasonable price. It is better value for money if you do breakfast and dinner included rather than self catering. I booked self catering which suited me as I liked to go out and about and explore the area. Beach is 10 to 15 walk and is beautiful. There are shops near the hotel.. couple of minutes away. The location is perfect for all as it's safe. The staff who work there are lovely and join in with the evening entertainment. Staff also understand and speak very good English. The rooms are cleaned everyday but if you say "not today" they understand as I'm not an early riser.

Currently staying at Melissa gardens in room 704 and stayed last year aswell , it's definitely our favourite holiday resort , all the staff , Alfie , yas and all the boys make you feel so welcome , food is great , rooms cleaned everyday , cleaners are lovely ladies always talk to you , pool is spotlessly clean , will be back year after year there's no where else in Antalya I would go , happy hour is amazing with the bogof cocktails and the entertainment is good also , thanks for your hospitality guys and see you next year from the brooks family

Great family hotel, the staff Tom, Yas, Alfie, 'Jesus' and Ahmet were great, always on hand to help they go out their way to say hello and make sure everything is ok. Hotel is tidy, the staff clean the rooms everyday. On site there is a Hotel puppy, but if you aren't an animal person they will move her. 2 pools one with a silde usually used by the kids and parents and one about 'quite' pool usually use by adults and sun bathers. Food was great and if you have a special requirements or they will cater for you. Hotel is located on a stripe, surrounded by shops and restaurants, a 5 minute walk to the beach or a 20 minute walk to side. They have a on site massage paroul run by Ahmet, we went for the 120min deal and Ahmet worked out a deal for us, very clean and the staff treat you very well nothing is rushed. For what you pay this is a great place.

Had a week in Melissa Gardens in May. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised after reading mixed reviews prior to my holiday. Although my room was very dated, it was spacious and lovely and clean with a comfortable bed. There is no lift here and next time I come, (and I intend to return) I will request a ground floor room as I did struggle on the stairs. The location is ideal. A 10 minute walk to the beach with a long promenade and supermarket, restaurants & tourist shops on the doorstep. The entertainment was excellent - so much better than I wd have expected for a budget hotel. The staff are a huge asset. Friendly and helpful, they couldn’t do enough for you. Alfie especially went the extra mile - hearing I was anxious about my pick up time for return transfer to airport, without being asked, he kindly checked online and confirmed the time within minutes. This made a massive difference to me being able to relax and enjoy my last night. However, all the staff, without exception were cheerful, polite and friendly. I am looking forward to a return visit next year .

Excellent accommodation I stayed here 15-25th May in an apartment staff were attentive and welcoming there’s a fun vibe to this family hotel, food was of a very good standard, the staff from house keeping to entertainment team were simply great.

Mature Lady in 70s Just returned from Melissa Gardens after being their for 1 month was good Value what I paid My Apartment in Quite Block 8 Apart 802 Quite Part was Loverly Apart Noisy Neighbour's Staff are very Polite and Friendly Lads towards Guest will do anythink for you if ask Like Tom on Reception was very Outstanding helpfull towards me haveing Walking Problems because off Back Mobility Problem The cleaner was Outstanding very Friendly + changed my Towels everday+ Bed every 3 days I've Travelled all over Turkey 🇹🇷 for 22yrs was one Best I've stayed in Now Downside Which has nothing to do with any off Management or Staff Was the Noisy Guest in my Block Banging Doors+Dragging Chairs like comeing through Ceiling from 1am till 6am Unacceptable!! All Brits who had No consideration for others Guests Was glad when went after 1 week After that was Blissfull for remaining 3 wks Did tell Management who Apologised for behaviour but wasn't their Fault I hope I never come across them again give us all Bad Name from UK 🇬🇧 Also Crowd Brits again who caused trouble never experienced anything like it in my Travels off 22yrs going Turkey Just felt Sorry for Young Staff that had put up with Troublemakers Hopefully now are Banned from ever staying their again Would I Return Yes !!
