I highly recommend this hotel, the cleanliness, the quality of the hotel, the price, the location in the heart of Ai is simply excellent and the staff is very nice

Goede locatie en zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Wel veel muggen en er was een klein raampje zonder gordijnen, dit hebben we zelf makkelijk op kunnen lossen met een extra kussen. Veel in de buurt en op loopafstand!

We arrived and were asked to wait so that the guy on the desk could spray the room with air freshener. On entering the room the place looked shabby and on close inspection of the pillows we quickly decided not to use them as some were stained yellow. The a/c turned on but did nothing to cool down the room and the fan on the wall only oscillated about twice before sticking. There was a bracket on the wall where the tv once was and the electric wires sticking out of the wall where the shower once was. The hand held shower that was worked by the taps would only spray the windows when turned on. Suffice it to say we moved to another hotel. One bonus was that the lad on reception was very polite.

Great location, close to all amenities. Staff was amazing and very helpful. Rooms were spotless, had a great sleep. Second time using Bou Phanith Villa. Will use again and 100% would recommend. Close to pub street but cannot hear the noise.
