Really nasty owners and culture; I booked a last minute two night stay at the hotel for two days time then unexpectedly i had to go to hospital the day before my stay. I messaged the hotel from the hospital but they ignored me then the next day after emailing and contacting *********** the hotel replied saying they would not move the dates they rudely stated I could still stay for one night and if I stayed in extra day I’d be charged. I checked to see if they had availability and they did so this refusal to accommodate my date change due to my hospitalisation was nothing but meanness and a complete lack of compassion, service or hospitality. I was really shocked by the way this was handled and it was in fact very upsetting. I decided I would not stay at all as I felt very uncomfortable with the establishment.
