We had a great time staying at Novotel and highly recommend it for anyone visiting Sihanoukville. The property is spacious and spotless, with a particularly warm and professional staff. The bed, complete with cozy pillows and blankets, was very comfortable, but the highlight was undoubtedly the pool near the beach.

We are a bit disappointed with hotel hospitality from the parking area to check in reception. I saw some review that they will have welcome drink at the entrance, but we did not received any. To compare with other average hotel in Sihanouk Ville we did not receive any special treatment from Novotel. Location was a bit far from eating are but that okay. However for hotel amenities and cleanliness is acceptable and it’s clean and facilities are brand new.

The Hotel is fresh. Was there on weekend it’s totally worth it. Love how the pool is infront of the sea and especially The Domrei Cigar Lounge, staff was very friendly and helpful.

I dont think there is a better spot in SHV. make sure you book the room with seaview! Choice of food can be a little improved and add a few item but mostly is good taste, and nice breakfast. will be back as soon as need to stay in Sihanouk
