Big and clean room with nice outdoor bath tub 🛀 , very comfortable to stay🛏️Very Good Service and the only hotel in Sihanoukville with big swimming pools 👍, the staff very nice and friendly, specially hotel breakfast very good,
Best for family because hotel have pool playground for kids,

I did not have a good sleep due to the constant noise coming out of the air conditioner and from outside of the room. I know that the hotel is quite busy but the staffs were not very helpful and friendly.

服務與房費成反比，對不起這個價格。誠然硬件設施和環境沒得説，但是似乎整體管理水平在下降，沒有第一次入住時的舒心。衞生應該要加強，電梯維護也要加強。按金不能刷卡也是一大特色。期待改善吧。

位在西哈努克的西湖渡假酒店
有獨立的沙灘及泳池 是一個適合度假的五星酒店
環境舒適 乾淨整潔也很高級 房型有分很多種
今天利用trip線上訂房 訂到窗外風景是面對爛尾樓的風景可能比較不理想 其他都還可以接受
另外今天剛入住 下次外出 回來房間就被退房真的讓客人感受很差 出這種差錯有需要檢討
