Very attentive service, from the beginning checking in was fast and easy the place is super beautiful clean and amazing pool site. I would definitely like to come back and stay here. I came to pick up a family member from the airport and siressly wanted to stay longer!!!! It is super close to airport

Do not stay here. They advertise as a hotel that provides airport service but this is the SECOND time that we have had a major issue.

I like that they offer free shuttle service to the airport. Also, Beatriz helped us get into another room, when I requested it, due to a problem in our last one. Lastly, we were provided sandwiches for our early flight. That was sweet!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Bathroom looked as if housekeeping got called away and forgot to return. Cleaning debris had been left on the counter, and there was only one washcloth. They responded quickly to correct the problem, although they brought bath towels instead of the washcloth we’d requested. The 24-hour availability of the airport shuttle is very convenient, and if you leave too early for the complementary breakfast, they offer a box lunch.

Found cockroaches in the room, bathtub old fashion with pink stains of old soap, bed sheets seems to be previously used because a lot of hair on it, room telephone sound busy all the time to call receptionist and have to use my own phone to call them, they told me they will send someone to fix it but none came.
