We stayed here for only one night. Rooms are very clean and comfortable and also in terms of communication is good. Menu prices are very high if anyone who comes to this property always take breakfast included in the package.

They are not accepting, not accepting card asking for only cash or up i. Mmt was to confirm this at the time of booking. So uncomfortable situation.

It's one of the best places to stay for couples. Everything will be nearby like cosmos, vega mall. Also, all good restaurants and clubs are nearby too. ***** with that the hotel staff are really good and polite. And let me talk about the room it's awesome and perfect. Now coming to the restaurant which is on the ground floor their food is delicious as well.

I have had a couple of experiences in regard to this property. First, guests I booked for were harassed by receptionists calling for mid-stay payments, despite my name being on the bill. In my experience with 3-star Indian hotels, payment occurs at check-in or checkout, not during the stay. Second, I booked 25 rooms for a family event, paying half upfront. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I needed only 10 rooms. This was informed 15 days before the event. They not only refused the change but also insulted my staff and refused to refund the advance. The hostility was so concerning that we decided to not let any guests stay there and hence found alternative arrangements.

The amenities provided by the hotel exceeded our expectations.All staffs mainly the front desk staffs were so polite and humble.the hotel restaurant offered a great selections of food and drinks that catered to all our dietary. Needs.
