I stayed here many times before and used to love it.
The breakfast used to be great because here i could get a wide variety of stuff without pork, however this time my breakfast was just like staying in many hotels almost everything is filled with pork which i don't eat.. I know pork is cheaper, but don't expect satisfied guests when it comes to breakfast. I wished they had jacuzzi for late night relaxing with ur partner instead of only in certain rooms.
My refrigerator was rusted terribly on one whole side, front door was not closing properly and the tiles in the bathroom weren't cleaned properly, the grout was very dirty as if they only mop the floor, floor was also missing a tile. Not too satisfied this time and it's pitty cause I loved staying here. It is a beautiful hotel kind of big so we had to walk from B rooms to get breakfast and that was a distance. Front desk staff were friendly that i have no complains about. Overall i would give them a 7. Not sure if this is the difference in using booking or trip, cause while using booking things were different. Just saying.

Pros - The property is very clean and convenient to areas of Simpson Bay. They have restaurants , a beach bar and liquor store/ supermarket on site. They also have a shuttle take you to the bars and restaurants before the bridge which is very nice.
Cons - The AC wall units were horrible in the building where we stayed. We had two nights of bad sleep and then maintenance finally intervened. They asked us to change our rooms. When we changed rooms, the AC unit didn’t work again one night. The breaker went in the room. We had to call maintenance at 2 am. This was a main or inconvenience.

The resort was bigger than expected. Thankfully we rented our own car, so it made moving around the resort and island easy. Several restaurant options and the food was great. Staff are genwrally friendly and professional.

We popped in for a one night stay and it was really great. Super clean! Big spacious rooms with a great kitchenette. Comfy beds. Murphy bed was a huge plus and easy setup. A little dated. Front desk was a little slow but fine. Friendliness is staff was good on places. We did really enjoy it. .

The property was fine, very small rooms but when I reserved a certain room type, I received a totally different room. This was a case of false advertisement or I was giving a less value room.

Upon check in they require a passport from everyone in the party. So we had to dig through baggage and round everyone’s passport. So then we had to go back in line for an additional 15 minutes. While waiting we got to listen to another guest rant about how he had been waiting for an hour already and his room was still occupied by the previous guest that they had double booked his room. There’s 5 check in clerks who seem far more interested in talking about everything else but their jobs and emitted an air of indifference when they had to interact with their clients. We won’t stay here again. The Hilton down the shore is much more friendly and efficient.

This property is perfect for a short visit. It has plenty of dining opportunities and beautiful private beaches. The rooms are well laid out and well furnished with everything you need. Other amenities are readily accessible. My big suggestion would be to upgrade the hardscaping and walk paths. Sidewalks are narrow, nonexistent or poorly routed. Preference is given to automobiles within the property as opposed to pedestrians, which is puzzling and detracts from the otherwise fantastic location. In general the grounds could use a well done landscape and hardscape design.

We loved it here! We were connecting with family we hadn't seen in a year. The pools were beautiful. We stayed on the 5th floor of Bouganvillea and highly recommend it. The view over the bay and resort was wonderful. We were close to the largest pool and the beach was only a short walk. Room - beds, kitchen, spaciousness - perfect! We enjoyed a few meals on site - great Christmas dinner buffet at the Mexican restaurant. It was a tine to reconnect and recharge and this resort was perfect for that.
