Hotel Palace

Beautiful location, central, near the great park in Sinaia , good and clean room, but avoid weekends when loud music from parties rented by hotel weddings …) don’t let you sleep till 4 o’clock in the morning. Every Saturday and Sunday. Bad experience!!

I wish no one would fall into the trap of this hotel. This accommodation should be avoided, apart from the decent location, there is no reason to pay attention to this hotel. The receptionist is trying to cheat another 300 ron from us for a room (renovated), considering that everything has already been paid by the agency. On booking there are fake pictures only with those beautiful rooms that fool you, and on the spot you are offered horrible rooms, damaged .. no mosquito nets, no needle, bed slatted bed base with missing slats, broken furniture, curtains torn, stained, cards do not work, filth in the minibar and under the bed.

Definitively this is not 4 stars hotel. Starting from the unfriendly staff till the rooms, which smell odd, you cannot find at least a recipient for making hot water in the room for tea or coffee. In the majority of 4 stars hotel you can find a little coffee machine with the ingredients from the house and at list 2 bottles of water. If you ask a question to one waiter in the restaurant you can receieve very rude answer. If you want to use the pool you should pay extra! Why, I am staying in the hotel I should have free acces to rhe pool! I will not recomand this hotel to anyone. 2 stars need to be cut off from the clasification!!!

Worst 4* Hotel I had ever seen. My mom always desored to come to Sinaia and spent her time in this hotel as the exterior looked absolutely amazing, so I flew over to Romania and took my family there. From the beginning, the website didn't offer much support, and I had to book through a third-party website, which obviously overcharged me. The room was not clean thoroughly; the smell was horrible , and hot water was not working properly, had to wate like 1ton of water to finally get to hot water. I encountered a lot of technical issues but not worthedd mentioning them. The restaurant is horrible and mentained, and the food was the worst I tried in Romnaina. The renovation had been done with the cheapest materials possible; the furniture is old but not vintage, stuff untranined, underdressed and unprofessional for a 4* and had let us with a soury taste for this holiday. I want to mention I wrote this review not because I was upset but mainly disappointed 😔

Buena situación, al pueblo llegas andando en 5 minutos, entorno agradable, sin ruidos. Calor, sin poder regularlo. Almohadas muy altas e incómodas. Bañera muy alta. Cena y desayuno mediocres. Primera vez que tengo que tomar el café en un vaso de papel.

Hôtel rétro, bien placé mais vieillissant Les chambres donnant sur l'arrière sont petites. Pas de prise de courant près du lit donc pas de lampe de chevet. Nécessité de se lever du lit pour éteindre la lumière. Confort moyen de la literie qui grince. Linge et sanitaires propres mais traces noires au sol sur le lino. Petit déjeuner moyen. Ne vaut pas un 4 étoiles !
