Green Valley Resort

Having the word "resort" associated with this hotel is incorrect. As this is worse than a roadside hotel. The rooms are swampy, full of fungus and very dirty. We had booked 3 suite rooms in there. When we reached and saw those rooms, we said it's un-Liveable. The ***ager also agreed to it and we got a written document. Unfortunately in such cases there is no way to get a refund. The ***ager said that you have to cancel 7 days prior to get the refund. But in such conditions we are trapped. As the hotel rooms are completely unhealthy and unhygienic and not suitable for stay. So I would like to share that beaware of booking this hotel. There are ***y nice hotels in Amboli to stay. Now I will have to probably file a Consumer case to get my money back. Imagine the harrasment we have to face, just because we trusted them and booked the hotel.
