Room is small. Location is execellent, facing paragon and opposite takashimaya. Informed is for birthday celebration during booking but no action. Was given a belated birthday cake the next day, thank you!

Good location, shopping area is just around the corner. Room size is ok. But bathroom size a bit small and tight.. they have a filter faucet for drinking water.

Very near to Paragon just opposite.
Friendly staffs.
Smell good lounge.
Love the mushrooms sandwich and the breakfast at Eden.

The lift is a bit troublesome as you have to change lift in order to get to ur rooms
Overall it’s good but a bit pricy due to great location

So the staff asked if it was okay for the room to be close to the elevator, which I declined because I didn’t want to be disturb by the noise. Then he assigned a room right next to the service lift which I kept hearing banging noises of the cleaning trolleys and conversations between house cleaning staff. Also, check in staff asking for a Google review but doing it for you so they get a good review. Hilton is better if you want to stay within the area, plus less waiting time to check in.

It's was booked for others . Their comments were okay. Just that the front office staff seems abit slow in checking in. Maybe new. We'll someone should have guide her.
