Room service talks so loud that you can’t sleep in the room. Towel already broken. AC blows in the direction of the bed

The location is so convenient and the hotel is clean staff are accomodating will definitely book again if visit Singapore again thanks!

This is the worst room I had ever experienced in Jjh hotel. The room is so small, the floor is not of 1 level but have 2 steps elevations prior to reaching the double bed which has no bed stand. The mattress is placed on the floor. It is a safety factor for aged customers as they can tripped and fall when wanting to use the bathroom/toilet.
The unhygienic A/C had thick coats of dusts covering the air vent filters. I immediately sensed the dusts in the air when I first entered the room. I complained and showed the unhealthy A/C vent filters to the male receptionist but he could not do anything. I had to wash/clean out the air filter myself. Overall, it was a disappointing stay for me and my wife and I may avoid this hotel next time. We are elderly customers (72/71 y.o.) but it does not matter to the hotel management.

Service is good, very friendly and helpful. But there's small insects on the bed and there is no hot water... water temp is 29 at max which is not convenient for people who need a hot bath. Glad that I didn't stay for so long, just a one night stay if fine. The area is full of food and touristic spots.

Staff over at this place was super friendly!!! And even the cafe beside the shops greets morning w a wonderful smile im glad this hotel takes good hearted staffs

A modern hotel
Room is tiny but clean not for a tall person if you stay on 3rd floor
Bed is comfy.

Location is good 5-6 minutes walk away from bugis mrt , bugis is also known for a place that you can shop around and many varieties of foods , regretted we only had a night there. Definitely would return for a longer period so that am able to shop around more around bugis !!
