Pan Pacific Orchard

After I made my Trip booking, i had called the hotel to check if they can arrange a baby cot in the room for us. To which the receptionist on the phone said she would remark it in my booking. When we checked in the room, the baby cot was not in there and there was also no mention of it by the staff who checked us in. The staff also did not offer to ask if we require any baby-related items, when she saw that we have a baby with us. NOT family-friendly place, service staff When we reached the hotel check-in counter, it wasn’t clear on where to queue, we asked the staff and was just “We will come to you.” It was strange because all seemed so busy, it was like nobody noticed we were there at all. We stood to queue anyway. Staff also did not greet, it was an unwelcoming start to the stay already. When I called the service desk to request for a late check out, she replied flatly No they are unable to do that without any moment of consideration. I said that I am a Discovery member who is entitled to a late check out. She then asked for my room number. Shouldn’t the staff ask for my room number, do her due diligence and best effort, before replying the guest No? In the end, we were offered late check out. A cleaner who saw us walking to the same door as he was, was only 2 steps ahead of us. And he didn’t even bother to help hold the door for us considering we were handling a stroller, and carrying a baby. Anybody else, any fellow guest, would have helped to hold the door as it is basic courtesy. It just seems that there was insufficient service training thus far. The whole stay had been unpleasant service wise and require serious service improvements. It’s a very pretty place with very cold disappointing service standards.

A unique hotel room with open air balcony for selected rooms. But have to keep a close watch on the young children when using the balconies as it doesn't come with invisible grille or window panels. However, for privacy a high roller blind was installed at the balcony - easily operated by a switch. Breakfast was great. Swimming pool is fantastic despite the constraint in space, the architect has managed to design the pool in the form of a beach. Checking-in was fast and staff was awesome. Overall it's a pleasant experience for the whole family. Will be back again definitely.

One of the best room we stayed in Singapore. Specially booked the loft balcony room for my kids. Very modern and nicely decorated, chilling at the balcony was relaxing. Couch at the loft can be used as a bed or just to chill. Kids had fun at the pool also. Breakfast spread was great, wide variety and all taste so good. Room is expensive but worth splurging once in a while

The check-in was quite slow, no visible queuing system. It will be good if there are some cold drinks served while waiting as the reception is open air. Other than that everything is excellent! From the view in the room, service by housekeeper and food spread during breakfast.

The hotel is attractive according to its architecture and design. The lobby is great for seating and enjoying! Prices are higher than outside of the hotel. Generally, there was a little more expensive than in the similar hotels. The pool area is amazing, and pleasant, and must be there! We didn't have breakfast but close are great places to eat, especially some France restaurants next door. The room was small and smelled bad, like somebody cooking all the time. At check-in and check-out, the staff was stiff and unhelpful. We changed hotels same category with breakfast for 1 night more, for less money, and got a room 3 hours before check-in time and they allowed us to stay 2 hours longer after check-out free of charge! Only regret the pool area. Everything else is much better; room, service, comfort, amenities… But the presentation for Pan Pacific was more attractive than the next hotel we chose. Great stay! Lounge was good and breakfast was simple but enough variety. Guess it was a busy time so didn’t get my request fulfilled..

Room small for a family of 4. Luckily i booked with a balcony so its abit more spacious. Booked this hotel to celebrate the new years and hotel gave a nice plate of chocolate. Facilities are great with pool and view. Overall comfortable stay

The pool area, surrounded by lush greenery, was a peaceful retreat where I enjoyed leisurely swims and relaxed on the sun loungers. What truly set the Pan Pacific Orchard apart was its exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, always attentive and ready to assist with any request. Their genuine hospitality made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest.

I had a very wonderful stay with family for my staycation. My son enjoyed the swimming pool so much and went for swimming multiple times as it was extremely stunning . The pool was so beautiful with a resort feeling, especially eveing time. Staffs were all professional and render their services with gem. The location was perfect and I like that they have a linkway behind the hotel towards Orchard Palais Renaisance. Not forgetting it made a memorable Wedding anniversary celebration for me too.
