no bottle of mineral water was given as the tap water is safe to drink. shower water was abit faulty. unable to adjust to warm water. overall is good

Situated away from the busy streets of Singapore, Mercure on Stevens offers a comfortable stay with all the basic necessities you need. Comfortable bed and pillows, extensive choices for buffet breakfast, a convenience store nearby and MRT, this hotel will surely make your stay worthwhile in SG. I really recommend this hotel to travelers who prefer peace and quiet.

Highly recommended hotel..friendly staff..spacious room nd very clean....nd the hotel was so nice..me nd hubby had a great experience in this hotel as we celebrate our new year together nd stay in this hotel....we tried using swimmimg pool nd thiwr bars not too expensive..

Hotel staff were friendly and there is shuttle bus for us to board go orchard. Quite convenient. The room a bit small but is worth for the price we paid.

It was mediocre as hotel does not provides bottled mineral water. Room size is pretty small but nearby amenities is good with a convenience store below and several restaurants and bars. 15 mins walk from Stevens MRT but there is shuttle bus service too. Decent stay.
