Clean room, great location, friendly and helpful staffs. Lots of food places around here. Supermarket and mall just below hotel .

Newly renovated hotel. Booked breezy room but got an upgrade to urban room. Think it was low period at the time when i stay, very quiet good soundproofing and pretty spacious room. Good size pool and gym as well. Staff were all smiling and willing to help with any request. Very clean room with daily housekeeping. Only glitch was that the shower water temperature isnt consistant, sudden burst of hot or cold water while showering halfway.

Came here for a staycation a couple weeks back and returned again this week. I think this is a 4-star hotel but the service is definitely 5-star!
Was served by Vivien during check-in and the process was smooth. Vivien was accommodating to our request and always serving with a bright smile - great hospitality.
Room was decently sized and clean. Love that the hotel is strategically located above a mall where there is a decent of reasonably priced food options, pharmacy and a huge supermarket.
Our stay here is once again, very pleasant. Kudos to the crew, especially Vivien! Will definitely return again.

Aloft Novena become my home gor a couple of days in Singapore. The room is clean and their service is superb. Amenities given: toothbrush and paste, soap bar, lotion. There are no shower cap, shaving kit.

Room was good and and clean and it has a bidet in toilet which is very important toilet facility for my hotel choice. 7-11 right below the hotel. Be sure to take note of the 2 wings.
Pillows are kinda soft and flatten easily though. Not sure if can request another type. Aircon is not adjustable so you can't lower it manually if it gets too cold. Shower seems to have some water saving feature.
Overall still a great stay. Will stay again next time but hopefully get a higher floor next time.

Newly renovated rooms and facilities, friendly staff and excellent service - they even accommodate to serve me breakfast even I am 10 minutes late after closing time!

This hotel is rather new as it has taken over the Ramada and Days hotel operations 2nd half of 2023.
Renovation is new and looks refreshing. However, I would advise the hotel and various booking website
and operators to state clearly which WING is our booking confirmation on?
The booking details are not clear as it is sold as ALOFT hotel wholesome but in actual fact there are two different.
buildings. It is the East and West Wing and is not sited next to each other. If we sent guest to the wrong wing
they will need to drag their luggages and walk over the the correct wing, this is very troublesome and annoying.
Please improve on this communication.

The hotel and room are very clean, all of the staff are very warm and helpful. The kitchen staff help us in preparing special diet food for our son.
