Overall a nice stay with superb location with lots of food options and markets across the streets. Only issue was that the TV doesn't turn on at times. They provided a nice cake for birthday celebration as well

Great stay. Location super convenient with many food court and food dessert, fairprice supermarket. Walking distance to mrt too. Can borrow umbrella during the rainy day. Room and bed comfy too, good cleanliness and great view from the room. Overall is good. Will come back again for sure.

Best value for money hotel in Singapore! Close to Tanjong Pagar mrt, in the heart of all the good food in Tanjong Pagar! Big sizeable rooms with bathtub in Singapore context! Beds were comfy and room was user friendly with a filtered water tap. You get a separate shower from the bathtub. Only downside was the TV channels and the dust from the curtains. Overall a great stay and highly recommend!

4.5 star hotel with a 6 star service! Hotel is clean, with a lot of food options (hawker, shopping mall, 7-11) within few minutes of walking. We requested for room that is near the lift and not at the end of the corridor. Reception staff really took the effort to provide us the room that we wanted. Really satisfied with our room and the hospitality.
I ordered lava cake with ice cream, my order took a long time and came without the ice cream. Upon feedback, Staff took back the food to provide ice cream, and later on told us that the manager has waived off the food charges as they were at fault for not providing the ice cream in the first place! Thank you for the great service recovery!
6 stars for their service and hospitality! Great job and we will be back! Strongly recommended!

Great staycation with many eateries and food options nearby. Supermarkets were nearby too. Affordable hotel with bathtub. First room they offered had a chip in the tile surrounding the bathtub but the hotel was quick to respond and offer a change of rooms while they fixed it. Thank you Carlton City for the wonderful stay!

very comfortable stay! good food around this area too!!! just that aircon was not v cold the first half of the stay but got cooler after the night, have been here quite a few times alr will return soon!

Central location, clean lobby and room. Room is spacious and bed is comfortable. Staff are friendly and warm. Will be back to stay again.
