Village Hotel Sentosa by Far East Hospitality

Tyle atrakcji dla najmłodszych. Od zameldowania do wymeldowania wszystko było tak płynne. Chociaż pokój jest mniejszy, nadal był wystarczająco wygodny dla nas trzech.

Brawa za ten fantastyczny hotel, który był cudowną niespodzianką, ponieważ nie byłem tam wcześniej. Tak przyjazny dzieciom! Pokochaj przemyślany wystrój pokoju hotelowego, od projektu po udogodnienia, toaletę, wannę, kran z wodą Hyflux i bezproblemową herbatę i kawę w maszynie do lodu na każdym poziomie. Wow! 4 baseny przeznaczone zarówno dla dzieci, jak i dorosłych to jedyna rzecz, na którą czekam z moją córeczką. Darmowy popcorn i lokalne przekąski podczas oczekiwania na zameldowanie, a Wai Lun sprawił, że nasze wczesne zameldowanie stało się proste. Pierwotnie zarezerwowałem pokój z łóżkiem typu king size z widokiem na basen, ale ponieważ przybyłem prawie 1,5 godziny wcześniej przed zameldowaniem, Wai Lun uprzejmie zaoferował nam gotowy pokój z dwoma łóżkami i ozdobił pokój banerem urodzinowym i balonami z małą skrzynką makaroników i ciasteczka na moje wczesne urodziny! Bardzo dziękuję! 💕💕 Kiedy poszliśmy na nocny seans filmowy na basenie, zapomnieliśmy o czasie i udało nam się wrócić do pokoju dopiero o 22:00. Do tego czasu możemy zamawiać tylko późne przekąski z jadalni w pokoju. Nie mogę przejść przez linię przez godzinę i w desperacji zszedłem do 7-11 w Mess Hall, aby spróbować szczęścia w kupowaniu makaronu z filiżanką, ponieważ moja 8-latka jest bardzo głodna (ja też!) 7-11 zamyka się o 21:00 😔 Więc Wróciłem do recepcji, aby poprosić o pomoc. Specjalne podziękowania dla Pani Phooi Ling, KTÓRA JEST SUPER PROFESJONALNA I POMOCNA! Jej serdeczna gościnność uspokoiła mój niespokojny umysł. Pomogła mi przyjąć zamówienie na obiad o 22+, wysłała je do kuchni i zapukała do moich drzwi o 23:00 z kit kats i królikiem dla mojej dziewczyny! Te kociaki ratują życie, gdy masz ochotę zemdleć z głodu. Jestem bardzo wdzięczny za ten gest i poinformowała mnie również z powodu dużej liczby zamówień, moje zamówienie może dotrzeć do mnie dopiero od 23:45 do 12 rano, czy było ok... Oczywiście, że jest! Kudos dla niej, ten hotel właśnie znalazł się na mojej liście 10 najlepszych, aby ponownie sprowadzić moją rodzinę. Tak więc właśnie zarezerwowałem kolejny 4-dniowy pobyt w okresie grudniowym, aby ponownie zabrać tam całą rodzinę! Heee! Tak podekscytowany i nie mogę się doczekać spędzenia tam świąt Bożego Narodzenia! 💕💕🥰

A hotel past its prime for what it was marketed for. Pros: • hotel has Sentosa feeder Bus A and B right outside and a free shuttle bus to Beach Station and Vivo City • scored an early check-in on a Friday morning with bath tub. Thank you! • the pool came with balls, hoops and a mini goalpost. What we felt could improve: • they were marketed as kids friendly hotel where kids are also allowed to participate in the check-in process (many local reviews highlighted that). However, we saw none of that happening despite a really low-volume crowd. There was nobody behind me in the queue. And of the many times we passed by reception, the kids friendly ladder stool was a white elephant, and we did not see any kids checking-in. • did not see any of the mini hotelier program happening. • the pool’s anti-slip mats were really grimy. It’s pretty gross and you could see green algae forming on some parts of it 🤢. Not to mention the grime also makes it less anti-slip. • the “lazy river” is barely lazy at all? There were no tubes available to laze around in the river as marketed. What we saw though were guests using life buoys which were quickly taken away by the pool staff. Why call it a lazy river when you walk through it? It’s yet another white elephant. • the hotel breakfast is nothing much to shout about. The hash brown was oily and not crispy at all at early 8am! The nan was cold. Skip it if you don’t need the convenience. • hotel wifi was not stable enough to cast shows from the iPad to the tv. Only local channels were available. Think I was gullible to believe the receptionist that if I signed up for email promotions, I’d get more stable wifi LOL. What a lie. Love the view from the hotel room. Daughter had fun in the sun in the pool. Nearest convenience store would be 7-11. It’s near the sentosa train station too.

I travelled alone with our 12 year old son. We like to do individual holidays with the kids. Super clean, awesome location. Free access to Sentosa Express. Great pools. Lazy river was really lazy 🤣 the float rings all 2.of them had holes. Breakfast a little pricey. Rooms small, but only need a bed to sleep. Would definitely recommend staying there

Our staycation with village sentosa is always amazing and service is always 5 star💯 Front desk guy name Diva has the best service attention towards guests and always recognise us whenever we stay there during check-in, thank you for your kind service! Definately staying there again soon!

I booked Village hotel Sentosa for the 1st time during easter weekend and my bday celebration. I wrote in ahead of time to request for a sea view room as I wanted to make my bday staycation memorable. The check in was fast and smooth even though there were many guests for that long weekend. They had free popcorn for guests at the lobby. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary breakfast for 2 for the next day. Our room was the standard type and I didn't book with breakfast. So it was really a nice treat. Our room was at 5th floor with view of the pool and the sea. Room and view was really great. Then staff, Ethel, came by with 2 balloons, box of cakes and bday card. It was totally unexpected! Really appreciate the gesture. The room has modern amenities and really loved the automated toilet like the ones in Japan. There were several pools and we really had a great time there. Location was great and can easily walk to Imbiah station and Beach station. Hotel also provides free shuttle to Vivocity. Will definitely book this hotel again for its excellent service and amenities.

Able to get the bath tub and they gave a corner room which can see cable car before entering the room-room is without a view. King bed is specious. overall cleanliness was okay. pillow can be fluffier. there is shuttle bus service to beach station and vivo city at 30mins interval. but actually hotel is just few mins walk to the monorail. quite convenient. Swimming pool was pretty pack in the evening. nevertheless was good
