Village Hotel Sentosa by Far East Hospitality

So many activities for the little ones. From check-in to check-out, everything was so smooth. Though the room is on the smaller side, it was still comfortable enough for the 3 of us.

Thumbs up for this fantastic hotel which was a lovely surprise as I have not stayed there before. So child friendly! Love the thoughtfulness of the hotel room, from the design to the amenities, toilet, bathtub, hyflux water tap and help-yourself-free flow tea and coffee at the ice machine on every level. Wow! The 4 pools designed for both child and adult enjoyment is the one thing I look forward to going with my baby girl. Free popcorn and local snacks while waiting for check-in and Wai Lun has made our early check-in a breeze. Originally booked a king size bed pool view room but as I arrived nearly 1.5hrs earlier before check-in, Wai Lun kindly offered us a ready twin bedded room instead and decorated the room with a birthday banner and balloons with a small case of macaroons and brownies for my early bday celebration! Thank you so much! 💕💕 When we went for late night movie screening at the pool, we forgot the time and only managed to return to the room at 10pm. By then we can only order late night bites from the in-room dining. I cannot get thru the line for an hour and in desperation went down to 7-11 at the Mess Hall to try my luck at buying some cup noodles as my 8yo is super hungry (me too!) 7-11 closes at 9pm 😔 So I went back to the Front Reception to ask for help. Special thanks to Ms Phooi Ling WHO IS SUPER PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL! Her warm hospitality eased my much anxious mind. She had helped me to take my dinner order at 10+pm, sent it to the kitchen and came knocking on my door at 11pm with kit kats and a stuff rabbit for my girl! Those kit kats are life savers when you're about to faint with hunger. I am so appreciative of this gesture and she also informed me due to high volume of orders, my order may only reached me at 11.45pm to 12am, was it ok... Of course it is! Kudos to her, this hotel has just made it into my top 10 list to bring my family to again. And so I've just booked another 4 nights stay during the Dec period to bring my whole family there again! Weee! So excited & looking forward to spending Xmas there now! 💕💕🥰

I booked Village hotel Sentosa for the 1st time during easter weekend and my bday celebration. I wrote in ahead of time to request for a sea view room as I wanted to make my bday staycation memorable. The check in was fast and smooth even though there were many guests for that long weekend. They had free popcorn for guests at the lobby. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary breakfast for 2 for the next day. Our room was the standard type and I didn't book with breakfast. So it was really a nice treat. Our room was at 5th floor with view of the pool and the sea. Room and view was really great. Then staff, Ethel, came by with 2 balloons, box of cakes and bday card. It was totally unexpected! Really appreciate the gesture. The room has modern amenities and really loved the automated toilet like the ones in Japan. There were several pools and we really had a great time there. Location was great and can easily walk to Imbiah station and Beach station. Hotel also provides free shuttle to Vivocity. Will definitely book this hotel again for its excellent service and amenities.

Able to get the bath tub and they gave a corner room which can see cable car before entering the room-room is without a view. King bed is specious. overall cleanliness was okay. pillow can be fluffier. there is shuttle bus service to beach station and vivo city at 30mins interval. but actually hotel is just few mins walk to the monorail. quite convenient. Swimming pool was pretty pack in the evening. nevertheless was good

Stayed here many many times great for family and kids friendly. They even have shuttle bus to vivo and to the beach station. Front desk person Amirah and Diva was very kind and helpful. They had our daughter birthday deco set up(complimentary) too and a nice cake. Makes our stay very comfortable and enjoyable

From Imbiah station easy 10 min walk in to village hotel. Check in and out smooth. The room service food is 💥💥. Shuttle bus in out to vivo is available. Will come back again if there is a chance. Swimming area is awesome too. 😎😎

Wonderful hotel with convenient shuttle bus service, nice pool view. Kids enjoyed the pool with floaty. Beautiful birthday room decoration for our connecting room!

Great location & clean hotel with a big swimming pool. My kids enjoy it very much especially the lazy pool. Just that on our last day stay, swimming pool towel is running out and pool bar close bit early at 6.30pm. Breakfast restaurant is spacious, food choices is sufficient to us. There is a small corner for complimentary old childhood snack. 😊
