Good hotel to stay in for transit. I had 1 meal included and it was pretty tasty. Room was comfortable enough.

It was a convenient option for us. Very clean and comfortable. However, there was a crazy Indian screaming on the phone at 2 am.

Great place (but expensive!)
The room needs some maintenance… the temperature controller was not working (blank display, couldn’t change any settings). Fortunately the a/c was working, even though it rattled all night long!
The power outlets at the bed did not work. I tried the switches but the power never came on. Fortunately, I had a battery that kept my phone alive until I needed the alarm.
Overall, a nice room, good accommodations but the room needs some maintenance.

Location I. terminal 1 is excellent in connecting to other international flights. Had 14 hour layover and we’ll worth staying in transit. To take hot shower eat some meals , which 2 meals included in room rate , and get a great sleep. Excellent flat screen tv , with cable and many language station offerings

it was very convenient to have a hotel inside transit zone as it allows for longer layovers with comfort. good shower, nice bed to sleep in and recharge. beats sleeping in chairs for sure.

More flexibility from hotel side will be great. We travel with family in this Covid time and we got a sudden incident which airline doesn’t allow us to check in last minute when we arrive airport. We understand the booking has T&C applied but in this Covid times hotel should provide more flexibility for customers.

服務態度相當好，值得大大的贊👍房間空調不能調節太冷了點兒，洗漱用品能配全點兒更好。室外泳池水再深一點兒就更OK了！酒店早餐還是挺棒的！總體感覺比較滿意。
