Positives:
- The view, the view and the view (the view is the ONLY reason to get this room :)
- large toilet with separate shower and tub
- Staff were super hospitable and accommodating
- Bay window allowed me to sit by the window to enjoy the great view
- Hotel has 2 pools
- retro 80s feel floor lift lobby complete with chandelier
- club views and food were fantastic
Negatives
- Sound proofing an issue (room next door is very close, plus da hear sound from the futsal court below (Funan)
- 26 inch tv is laughable
- water pressure is a tad small
- generic toothpaste provided was awful
- pillows were too soft
- no dedicated bedside power socket or usb charging port ( had to plug out the table lamp to charge my phone)
- no bedside switch controls to turn off all the room lights

Room was not well kept. Dusty. Customer service - concierge, reception, was very bad. Definitely not happy.

Awesome hotel overall.
Paid to upgrade to a junior suite without regrets.
Customer service was awesome, sent us a gift upon arrival. With warmest sincere letter from the management to welcome our stay.
The suite was just fantastic, highly recommended.
To wake up with a view of Singapore Flyer, mbs….
Sky lounge was fantastic.
Will definitely visit again.

The bathroom was really small, if the door isn’t fully open, no human can enter it properly! When I entered the room, there’s a light there, it’s ALOT OF DUST FLOUTING AROUND! When open their wardrobe, there’s a whole lot more of dust came rushing out!! The bed sheet also smells like it hasn’t been washed in a long time! When look carefully at the bedsheet, there’s lots of black dots and white specks .
My wife also has a very sensitive nose and skin, she kept sneezing since entered room. Skin was very itchy throughout, even till we went home, she’s still itching! Lots of red dots on her body after the stay.
Overall very disappointed at their room!!!!

Location is very strategic close to city hall mrt station and plenty of food options around the vicinity.
Room shower at Exclesior building takes a while to heat up otherwise all good! Would definitely return back nxt trip!
