Room not too clean. Water heater a lot of dust, a bit noisy outside the room, someone doing renovation like using hummer in the middle of the night until midnight.

Stay for 2 nights. Budget wise, i can say this is one of the cheapest hotel in Singapore. Location wise, cool, there’s a bus stop in front of hotel, and opposite hotel to go back hotel. There’s cheers just beside hotel. So convenient! Very easy to find food.
As for cleanliness, there’s a lot of small insects in the room (mostly toilet). Bed is like too old already, so thin till sleep also pain. And small space for luggage. Cannot open large size luggage in the room.
There’s no concierge, so if you want to drop luggage while you out, you can just put your luggage aside at the corner near reception.

The room was so dusty and dirty,aircon is not working properly,too hot,security of the hotel is bad.

There are minor gripes with cleanliness but those are easy to ignore since it’s more like nitpicks at this point. Price is ok for what you’re getting and more importantly, it’s extremely convenient as a bus stop is literally just outside of it. Cheers is just outside of the hotel if you need something so not much complaints.
There are also random noises at nice too when people move the furniture or it’s because of the plumping, or when couples decided to “*********” so do expect this.

staff was rude and did not seem properly trained. unable to justify why certain documents other than passport needed for check in. bad attitude.

Generally, the room is clean but got a weird smell.
About rundown. But is good enough for a night stay.
