“I gotta say though, the service here doesn’t feel transactional at all. You instantly feel at home. Everyone treats you like a family of their own. From the front desk, to the room attendants. You can really feel their service is straight from the heart! I didn’t had the time to ask for their names, but staffs of KēSa House, if you’re reading this, if you’re working on the day that I checked in, all of you are simply the best. I could only remember a staff named Firdaus, who attended to me in my room.”

Love this hotel! Our second time here. Checking in may take a while however the receptionists are all very friendly and kind! Love the scent of the hallways. The room is compact and small but it’s big enough for the two of us. I love the step up to the bathroom. Aircon is really cold which is nice. The tv is huge and close to the bed. Will definitely come here again for a simple staycation.

Nice and clean hotel with well equipped common kitchen and cozy lounge. Free water, coffee and even sparkling water is definitely a plus!
I booked a lovely apartment-styled room for my partner’s birthday stay. We cooked and enjoyed the food and room time a lot.

The hotel located at the hearth of SG easy to get ghe bus and MRT. Staff is very helpful. The room is quit small but functional. Recommend this hotel.

I booked a deluxe room and the room was exactly like on the pictures. The room was big. The bathroom is not very big but I found it perfect for me. There was a small fridge in the room which it was very convenient to have cold water. The staff is really kind and they know who you are because they call you by your family name. And it was appreciable.
The location is really perfect and you can visit some touristic places around by foot. There’s 2 very close subway station.
I would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re looking a place to stay in Singapore.

Perfect location. Tiny rooms (unless you book one with a terrace), but clean and comfortable. Other reviewers complained that the walls were thin, but I didn’t notice any noise from the people on my hall. I appreciated the free coffee, refillable water bottles, and second-floor lounge and kitchen.
