Convenient location, but service can be improved. Requested for a room with windows, not got a room without windows. Gets noisy in the morning from 8am onwards with staff talking loudly outside at the corridors and people slapping the doors. Cramped room

It's not bad hotel except what I dislike room is infront of the lift where u can hear alot of noises etc. Theres no soundproof at all literally can hear alot ppl talking, banging the door and stuffs even hanging the clothes u can hear clearly. It's a comfy room for just a day except for the noise level is intolerable. Cleanliness is ok no cockroach no ants so a plus point. The customer service is good especially when I check out the cs smiled cheerfully which brightened up my day! If u want smart tv you'll need to pay extra $30 this is an upgrade of room as well.

Room is just right for two people, very clean and cleaning crew is very efficient. However there's a slight ant problem in my room.

My stay at Arton Hotel was satisfactory overall, with friendly staff. However, there were cleanliness issues in my room, including ants, that need improvement.

Very comfy for the price, loft was worth its price, clean, spacious, along with netflix/disney plus and very clean. Receptionists were polite and friendly Amazing!

I don't know about others, but my experience is beyond expected, the room is small yes I am aware of it, that is the standard of Singapore hotel , small and expensive coz of the limited land, however is lobby area is quite a nice place to chill, bed sheet , toilet, floor everything is clean for me, location is logistics in town area. In conclusion, if u are someone hard to pleased, plz don't consider this hotel.
P.S, thanks to the staff that served us on check in day, by upgrading our room since he sees I have a big luggage , God bless you.

Clean hotel tucked away in a lovely, well situated residential suburb. There is a Buddhist temple just across the road. Amenities are minimal and some rooms have no windows.
