Jest bardzo czysty i przytulny, ale pod względem udogodnień, nie ma nic, nawet basen nie jest tak imponujący pod względem ceny i lokalizacji, jak w SENTOSA. inne hotele w sentosa mogą zaoferować coś więcej.

Thank you very much for surprising us with a cake for our daughter's advance birthday celebration during our stay. Shuttle bus helps smooth our return journey back after staycation. Warm welcome and care showered by front desk, concierge, security and housekeeping throughout. Our kiddos look forward to plan next staycation soon.

The complimentary mini bar , snacks and mosquito repellant provided were lovely , the area is so clean and breakfast was splendid as well . The place is beautiful

Some Receptionist are not friendly. Some defects in the room. Sockets are loosen and out. Overall is great stay

Booked this place for Christmas as well as celebrating friends birthday but sadly the aircon of the room is not working and is not as cold as wanted it to be.
But other than that everything is okay just the aircon.

Amenities are old and worn down, rooms switches are old some does not work. Gym closes at 8pm (should Reconsider leaving the gym open 24/7) and Swimming pool closes at 7pm. In room dining stops at 10pm

Bad experience with front staff (Male Chinese young boy wearing spec) very loud and rude in communication.
He advised us to cancel the booking. Not helpful as a hotel staff. Not professional.
Please advise hotel staff have basic manners when communicating with hotel guests. So poor service.!

Lovely stay at Amara’s Courtyard Suite. Hotel conformation get you free monorail pass into sentosa. Bed was comfortable and place was clean. Only downside was the breakfast. Petty spread, and food doesn’t taste good .
