Very near at Expo Mrt station near to Changi Airport, good to stay for a while, around the vicinity a lot of foods, near to changi point which has outlet for nike, adidas, and so on….

Nice stay here for overnight transit. Hotel facilities are similiar to apartements with all amenities available. Apart frm that, it’s only 1 mrt station frm Changi Airport. Near the hotel there is a shopping mall which is quite busy. I’m satisfied staying here.

Rooms are pretty standard for a 4 star hotel. Service and breakfast is really way below standards. Counter staff don't bother to read my the breakfast voucher even though asked to see and have showed him. Restaurant manager is totally rude and keep on playing with his phone. Food is not fresh. Orange juice is diluted. Apple juice taste funny. First time looking at a flat crossiant at a hotel breakfast. The birds flying in and out is causing hygiene issues. Can skip paying for really pathetic breakfast.

Room.is decent. Like the fridge especially as it is cold enough to place some beer, unlike rhe usual mini fridge in hotels.
Fairprice supermarket and a mall nearby makes everything convenient.
Gotten a soiled towel, called housekeeping and they had it changed within 5mins.
Happy with the stay and will return some day.

Pool closed, small bed, not enough towel, blankets to cover payed guests, had to ring reception 4 times to fix room & they tell me change of shift. Gym machines out of order. Would not go back

Family enjoyed the staycation and nearby amenities to Wild Wild Wet. Glad to have the discounted parking rates for guests. Very important.
Cons..
1. Cock up about breakfast during check in. Reception says ok. Next morning still have to dbl check again before honoring my deal.
2. Extra pillows REALLY wouldn’t hurt the housekeeping. Housekeeping lady over the phone said each room is only entitled to 4 pillows, and all extras pillows are at the laundromat. What load of BS.. please review your company policies..
